Products were good, variety was good, website was very easy to navigate. Then when I had a couple of questions the reaponse was prompt and helpful and very reassuring. Delivery was SEAMLESS with an interactive map during delivery. I was very impressed, and then most importantly the gifts were delicious and my sister thoroughly enjoyed her surprise!

The parcel was not delivered to my…
The parcel was not delivered to my doorstep as I paid for it to be delivered. The LPO is just 5 minutes drive from the address that was provided to be delivered initially. Never ever going to do purchase from you guys and will never ever recommend it to anyone.

Just to clarify, we do have a policy in place where if our courier, is unable to gain access to a property, the parcel will be left securely at the local post office for collection. We mention this in our shipping information to ensure the safety of your order.
While we understand this isn't always the most convenient option, it's the safest way to ensure your parcel isn't left unattended in a potentially insecure location.
I understand your disappointment, and I want to assure you that we always aim for a smooth delivery process. The Marshmallows were tasteless
The Marshmallows were tasteless, chocolate coated popcorn was sticky, and the rocky road tasted stale. The Raspberry boiled lollies were lovely. I did not think value for cost was evident.
