Perfect uitstekende service…

I went in February and I’m very happy with my results so far! I felt very well looked after. The surgeon dr G was very professional, gave me amazing results and spoke perfect English. Suna and tuba are lovely and always answer any questions you have very fast even after the surgery when I was back in the uk . The hotel was lovely with nice breakfast that is included . The nurse that comes to the hotel for your massages post op was so lovely. Overall can’t really fault them in anyway and I would definitely recommend to anyone who is thinking of having surgery. I had a mummy make over with a bbl

So still waiting for my medical notes from them have asked her on many occasions for them. She tells me I have cancer then refuses to give me my medical notes. Do yourself a favour and book with another company they have left me with really bad scarring happy to show pictures of what they have done. Vile people who are just out for your money

For me it really was a 5 ***** experience and I will tell you why! The communication from start ( booking and surgery discussions) to finish ( going home and beyond) was impeccable! Any time I had a question I was answered almost immediately . All appointments were arranged with precision and accompanied so I never felt worried or alone and there was no issues with language barriers. I was always treated with kindness and respect even at my most vulnerable after surgery. The Dr ( Dr G) took time to listen and discuss my wishes for surgery and advised the best plan and this filled me with confidence to proceed with my operation. The hospital had kind and professional staff that were attentive to myself and visiting family members. All transfer to hotel and airport were arranged for me so I didn’t have to think or worry about it at all. The hotel was a lovely place to recuperate . Nothing was too much trouble for room service to arrange. Including extra pillows and waters. The breakfast restaurant had every choice you could imagine and could also be eaten in the room if you didn’t feel like dining in . The pool area was great for family .My surgery results are in early days , but I can already see the evolvement from day 1 and I’m excited each time I wake up to see improvements as my swelling resides. I came with a few family members who also had procedures and we are all really pleased so far! I particularly want to thank Tuba who was our rock throughout and she could not of been any more helpful and kind and always available to answer messages ,even late at night. She took us to every appointment and was a huge support and I will miss her ! Thank you to the pure medikal team . I will always be grateful and if I ever wish to have surgery again you will be my first choice! ❤️
