PureTalk Avis 

1. Threatening to cut off service even though bills are paid and not late. Plus billing errors which has happened more than once.
2. Long wait times to get to customer service and then when they agree to call you back when there is a bad connection, you never hear from them.
3. Service is fair at best even when in major metropolitan areas. Many times you will see a missed call even with your phone in hand because it never rang, just sent caller to voicemail. We have (3) lines and this happens often on all 3 lines regardless of location.
4. Calls just drop for no reason even with full bars sitting in same spot not moving even when conversing with a landline. BTW, 2 of the phones are brand new androids and the other is practically new.
5. You may save some, but not much, by using pure talk but you will pay the price for much poorer service. In my case the service is extremely important due to health issues.

I had some questions about my account and foreign travel and Jessica answered my call. She was extremely friendly and helpful, answering all my questions and threw in some phone travel tips! Another plus... in America and spoke perfect English!

I initially had trouble transferring over and had to spend a lot of time on the phone.
However, the had just changed their whole system to update from 25 years of an earlier operating system. I just so happened to be switching as this transfer system was in progress.
All the team members I spoke to were very intelligent, kind, patient, and available to help at all times!!!
They also compensated me all my trouble!!
So all good!!

Great service by a provider that invest in the kind of people and company I agree with and at a great price.

We're saving over $1200 in our first year on 2 lines. Verizon charged us 2.5x more for same exact thing. Better and faster connectivity and cell service. Incredibly easy to switch! Super helpful and easy to contact support. Great savings on new cell phones also.

The Customer Service was great. Their monthly charges are half of what I was paying at Verizon.

I had an electronic sim card on my iPhone that I used when I was in Ukraine. When I switched to Puretalk, you made me delete my Ukrainian phone number and told me that I could not have any additional numbers on my iPhone except a puretalk number. I have since learned that I have a right to add a second number on my iPhone that does not have to be a puretalk second number since my iPhone has a place for two e-sim cards. This false information was either done deliberately or done due to ignorance. Which do you prefer? This false information detracts from your alleged veteran friendly image.

Everything seems to be doing fine. I do get now so many texts where before I didn't get this many can anything be done to stop them?

Service is great

Seems to be reliable service--no problems to date.

Unlike 90% of smartphone users, I rarely use my phone for connecting to the Internet. No video streaming, no new gathering, etc, etc.
I've been very pleased with how easy -- lack of hiccups -- setting up my account -- unlike Consumer Cellular and Mint Mobile. I enjoy the low monthly cost, of course. Thanks for a great job.

Great to speak with a friendly American person. Service is excellent and all issues resolved. New phone on the way.

Good pricing and satisfied with service. My previous service provider was Verizon and their coverage Statewide was perfect.  5G constantly (90%+).  However with PureTalk it's 60% 5G & 40% LTE on the routes/areas that I use my phone during the day.  To date there is no inconvenience but curious as to why the advertisement on "exact same coverage"?  (3 stars)
However, for my  daughter she's happy and is enjoying it (5 stars for her)

It was simple to enroll with Puretalk. My plan cost exactly as quoted plus tax
No hidden fees, no extra charges period. Cost me half the amount of previous phone plans with more data and hotspot. I've ever had any issues with my service. If you want to save some money sign up. You won't regret it.

I was told we would receive paper statements and this has not been the case. My bill has been sent to a credit card. If this simple request can't be done I may be forced to switch to a carrier that can satisfy my request.
