The customer service person was courteous and helpful. She helped me resolve my problem. She was knowledgeable of how to do it and got it done! The price is half of what I was paying AT&T.

The service isn’t as great as my last provider, but the price makes up for it

Two or three times a month, my phone service is almost non-existent...no matter where I am at. At least once a month, my 5G and even 4G wireless service is sub-par...also no matter where I'm at. Review only allows me to put one date, but as I explained, I have this problem several times a month and the last time it happened, it was for more than two days.

The staff from sales to technicians were patient, friendly and knowledgeable.
Our only issue with Pure Talk is the service area is significantly lower than what we had with Verizon. We us only get 2 bars now when with our old service we had 5 bars.

It’s wonderful to be able to talk to someone in the USA who you can understand what they say and understands you. Very refreshing and appreciated.

Frequently, when I am off WiFi, my phone will show 4 bars in a 5G network yet I get the message that I am offline.
I called to ask if this was due to not having priority access to AT&T’s towers. I was given several tips on what to do.
Toggling airport mode didn’t help. Turning my phone off and on helps temporarily but a major inconvenience

Been a great phone company so far , good service, for young adults who are just starting off or struggling!! Great Customer service as well !!

I appreciate the affordability of Pure Talk, the big companies are really too expensive, whereas I have the ability to choose the plan I want and save money.

I’m bombarded with spam calls since starting with Pure Talk. Do you have a spam filter that you can share with me?

I do like pure talk because its very affordable. My only complaint is I lose coverage even at home sometimes and when I was with tmobile I never did,and in my zip code area that shouldn't ever happen. From what I've read about there cell towers they use that during peak times where there's alot of people using there cell phones that the coverage isn't the best. I would of never thought that could happen because I don't live out in the country I live in a big city. I suggest you guys,when advertising about puretalk, that you include that information because if I would have know about that very important piece of information at the time I might not have switched to puretalk. All the years I was with tmobile i never had an issue,granted there more expensive but alot more reliable with coverage. But like I said your pricing is excellent so I guess you have to give up something to get something else.

Signal could be better

The service is excellent. I recently ordered a new phone from them and got it set up except the talk and text didn't work. I used my old phone to call and talked to three young women who were very patient and professional but nothing they did helped. The last one transferred me to tech support and I got a man, who realized that the sim card had not been activated. So I had overlooked that on the instructions.
I would give them 5+ stars, but after being on the phone ALL afternoon, and being very frustrated, I don't know why the first three people didn't realize my mistake and ignorance.

Customer service rep. David was awesome, quick, friendly, and professional. I live in the mountains of West Virginia and have never had a dropped call...HOOAH Pure Talk...🇺🇸🫡

Excellent service, excellent customer service which is an awesome help,since so many companies use overseas "gate keepers" with a script they can't deviate from and supervisors that never call back. Coverage is great since they use the same equipment as the big guys. All at a very reasonable price. BRAVO PURE TALK!

I haven't had any trouble moving from Verizon to Pure Talk. I love the price I am paying for our phones/service now. We get great reception and I have no complaints at all. Thanks.

I had some trouble transferring from AT&T to Pure Talk and your support team was able to work it out for me. Really appreciate it.
I still have a small problem that I haven't done anything about. My voicemail AI tells me I have mail but it doesn't play. It's saved and one message is from Pure Talk. Still enjoying the lower monthly cost. I also can't verify who I am using reCAPTCHA. My vision isn't good enough to make out crosswalks and motorcycles. Thank you.

Easy to switch carriers. Love the pricing. Was paying 2.5x more with AT&T. Grateful for a Veteran discount.

Never switch to pure talk as they could not give me service and then they never paid me back my money and the wait on the phone is hours.

One of the best decision we’ve made is switching to Pure Talk! We’ve saved $160 a month on our cellphone bill. The customer service was awesome, it took me less than 3 hours to move everything over.
