You don't have to wait very long to talk to a person.
I was able to get a refund immediately when I had an auto charge that I didn't authorize. U.S.-based customer service, which makes jobs in my country. I also learned that they have a charity arm for veterans.
Very good price. Very good service. Buying new equipment has inexpensive monthly fees.

Every time I had to call customer service to port my devices from a previous carrier to Pure Talk, I got in touch with a live person who knew what thewy were doing within 30 seconds. That is excellent! I never "dread" calling the service team.

I brought my cell phone and it’s a iPhone 16 I needed a phone number it needed to be in recovery they gave me a number but not the area code I wanted but took it for a trusted number for recovery about a week or so I asked for a Samsung phone for the homeless veterans they sent me one an said when it comes put the sim in phone and call to activate it I did I said don’t touch the iPhone in recovery well what ya think they zapped both phones will the same number like the number for the Samsung it was zapped into the iPhone too this phone got kicked out of recovery I had to wait till Samsung phone was activated when it came up to work I called them back I said why did you do that the same number on both phones she acted weird then she said I will send you a sim for the iPhone where does it go she tried to say then she said oh that a eSIM I said why did you kick it out of recovery she said call Monday recover the number I did I said you have my number she said no it went to some one else the trusted number in recovery my phone was compermised had so much with the phones the one I had when got the number it went back and had to get anther one gave me 200.00 for the one then paid another at 400.00 from that time on was just hell ment miles to apple my opinion she did not have the smarts to do the job she was out to do I say sick

Very helpful. Very easy to transfer to this carrier. Phone seemed to have a new lease on life! Amazing walked around d all the dead spots on a conversation and no hesitation or dead zone with Pure Talk! ☆☆☆☆☆

I have Verizon before this. This is the second time that I've come back to you guys. I drop more calls since you switched to AT&T Towers. I might have to go back to the gun hating Verizon Wireless because I need my phone I work on the road. I drop more calls than I have ever it's unbelievable people can't get a hold of me they can't talk to me phone is constantly cutting out. I do not like that supposedly you guys did do the AT&T Towers. Well they suck if this doesn't change I am going to have to go back to Verizon you guys need to figure something out

The lack of AT&T towers in my area, I tend to drop calls and texts won’t send when off wireless, Chloe has much of the same problems, worse carrier in substance to T-mobile, less expensive yes, I got what I paid for

My cellphone plan with PureTalk is about half of what I was paying for Verizon, I get twice the hotspot data, and I find that the coverage works better in remote areas while camping.

Most everÿthing customer service,american based but that don't mean they all speek good clear english.

We signed up for one line at $25. We are being charged $35+. Svc is great though. Need g to add a second line but questioning the cost.

I have in general a good experience with literal. My only issue is my data speed is slower than when I had Verizon. I also have areas where my wife-who still has Verizon- is able to have connection but I am dead. 90 plus percent happy with portal and I am saving money!
