First of all, it was nice talking to a real person signing up. Extremely helpful. Secondly, I like the idea of not supporting an organization that doesn’t support abortion support groups. Third, we have had no problems since switching from Verizon who gave us terrible coverage as time went on.

In the US, service has been great. Here on my vacation to Canada, I have no service unless connected to WiFi. I switched to PureTalk this year because I thought I would have service during my annual vacation in Canada.

I worked with Devon of customer service to get a new phone and she provided outstanding service. Overall since switching to Puretalk everything has worked out great even in out in rural Idaho.

When my credit card expired, I needed to get a hold of pure talk to change the credit card I was using for billing purposes are United States based customer service rep immediately helped me, and in a confidential manner allowed me to change the credit card. I really appreciated it.

Time stamp on voice mail calls is not linked to my time zone. Have called about it twice.

I like that the support team all seem to be from America. We had some difficulty switching over initially, but the tech support and other team members were able to help us. Our service has been great at a reasonable price.

PureTalk may be cheaper than some of the larger cellular providers, but unfortunately, you get what you pay for. The service has been very unreliable. The signal is never consistent—even in areas where I would expect decent coverage—and the data speeds are often painfully slow.

Saving money on a phone bill sounds great, but not when you can’t depend on your phone to have a reliable signal or usable data when you need it. I would rather pay a little more each month for dependable service than constantly deal with inconsistent coverage and slow internet.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend PureTalk if reliable cellular service and data are important to you.

We are getting less internet than we did with Verizon.

Called Customer Service and talked with Phillip. I had called because I wasn't receiving text messages and needed him to check my text bucket. Sure enough it was at zero and he immediately replenished my bucket. He then checked to see if he could lessen the amount of political texts I receive on my Samsung Galaxy phone. Believe he went beyond to help me.

Zip, Zero, Nada, No problems at all with PureTalk! I had AT&T and paid $10 or more for the same plan I have with PureTalk. The service with PureTalk is outstanding! I recommend PureTalk to everyone.

My questions were answered today
by a knowledgeable person and I was very satisfied with their attitude and professionalism. My experience over the past 12 years has been great and the cost is one of (if not) the best on the industry.

I have had some spotty coverage and it seems to buffer more than when I was with Verizon. I don’t know what 5+ signal but I see that sometimes. I’m still hopeful it will get better or not continue to get slower.

Quick and easy switchover from Verizon. The customer service guy, Todd I believe, was great to deal with and got everything done very fast.
Service coverage actually seems better than what I had with Verizon.
Pricing is great.
Been recommending Pure Talk to everyone.
