Just ordered 2 of these,but have…

Just ordered 2 of these,but have accidently accepted an offer,instead of declining it,have sent an email,as I only wanted 2 of these,now done a search on google for reviews,and now wish I had done this earlier,as there a lot of unhappy customers ? Hoping the 2 I receive are fine,and I get a refund of the 3rd item,otherwise I will be returning these for a FULL REFUND

Very little suction

Very little suction. Only useful part is the curved head to collect wax

Not fit for purpose

I really do need to stop falling for miracle Facebook product testimonials. This item was not fit for purpose, too extent I just went and got my ear done properly for not that much more money at optical express in 3 minutes. Will just bin this more hassle sending it back. Ps. No Suction to clarify the fit for purpose in fact not sure what purpose it has at all

i was skeptical at first pleasantly surprised!

I had read some mixed reviews about puriear, but i decided to give it a shot because i really needed a solution for my earwax problem. To my surprise, the device worked wonderfully! the suction was just right, and it effectively removed the wax without any discomfort. I did have a minor issue with the parts fitting initially, but the customer service team was incredibly helpful and sent a replacement part promptly. Im happy with my purchase and would recommend giving puriear a try

Ineffective product probably scam.

Product is completely ineffective. Suction is non existent. Parts supplied didn’t even fit properly on the device.
This is a scam.
No I didn’t bother trying to claim my money back, and as can be seen in other comments it would not have resulted in anything other than obfuscation.
More fool me

Device has no suction

Device has no suction. I do have a problem with earwax, but now as a consequence of using this device it has made no difference at all. Very disappointed.

Requested refund (not yet) received, but now charging me even more! 😩

Further to my previous review where they were charging me for 2 Puriears instead of one, I requested a refund. I now find they are charging me £44.39 and I haven’t even received ANY yet!

I tried the unit and had no suction

I tried the unit and had no suction, so I decided to send it back. They offered me a discount if I kept it. First 50% then 70% I told them I would prefer to return the item with full money back as the advert says. They then told me it had to be sent back to the USA for a full refund. The item was sent from Cannock in the UK why should I have to send it back to the USA. Iam still awaiting a reply from them. I have also in formed Facebook of the situation.

Since my first review I have decided to get the 70% refund on the useless wax remover. I still have not got the refund and will be surprised if I do. Thinking if they offered me 70% off how much are they really worth. Facebook has not replied to my complaint.
I have received my refund not a full one but it arrived in my account. I have tried to suck some sugar up with it but no suction. It's now in the bin.
Did not get a reply from Facebook.

I love it

I've tried ear drops in the past but never achieved the results that I have with Puriear. I found Puriear incredibly easy to use for removing ear wax, offering a clear difference without the hassle

Good puriear device

Recently, I tried Puriear for my persistent earwax problem and got great results. My hearing improved from muffled to clearer after removing the wax that had been pushed in by cotton buds. It was easy, painless, and incredibly effective. Highly recommended.
