Slow, unreliable,lousy.

After mold remediation, there was still debris and dust everywhere. When I raised issues, they responded slowly and didn’t take responsibility for the mess left behind. Disappointed with the quality and follow-up.

If you get panda construction as your rebuild contractor just say absolutely NO and save your time , you will get shit work handed to you on a platter because he doesnt have qualified workers and will rush the job because he wants money and will say your picky because you want a decent professional job . Paint all over your ceilings , crappy paint jobs on walls , shit drywall but the owner loves a rush job . He is also loves yelling at his workers and treating them like trash when they want to do a good job .

Puroclean of strafford county is run by a racist, sexist, unprofessional brat tyson bostrom. He cannot even see a female without saying something sexist and inappropriate about them. He openly supports white supremacists, can’t go five seconds without bragging about his d*ck size, will constantly insult anyone with any liberal beliefs, underpays workers unless their dating his sister and constantly says openly racist and inappropriate things nonstop. They do shoddy work and force it all on one person to do while he gets all the profits.

I asked for a recommendation to have my furnace ducts cleaned. They recommended APEX AIR. They were friendly and informative as they moved about the house to clean. I really appreciated this recommendation. Thank you PuroClean and Bob Jordan. My sister Windy also works for PuroClean. I have used them before and will use them again.

Formal complaint - Puroclean Wallaceburg for spreading lies to real estate agent to stop sale of house, lies all over internet losing 5 purchasers, soliciting my tenant since Nov 2024

I have repeatedly tried to speak with Doug Mandar, Director and George Parada (HQ CANADA). about Puroclean Wallaceburg ON Canada (UNETHICAL ILLEGAL business behavior by Dave Morrison) for contacting my real estate agent spreading lies to make agent drop me after their buddies slandered me all over the Internet losing 5 purchasers.

I showed the City (approved) and real estate agents all the gutting work, joist, supports, waterproofing making the house a lot better than when I purchased it.

I want a WRITTEN apology to the real estate agent, to me, and on the Internet on where the slander is still going rampant.

Dishonest, dirty, and disrespectful is the kindest way to describe PuroClean of West Austin. I hired them in November 2023 after my upstairs neighbor's washing machine malfunctioned and flooded my condo. Among the many horrors I experienced, PuroClean of West Austin left construction trash in my 500-square-foot condo for more than 9 months, forcing their workers to step over trash every day they showed up to work, which wasn’t very often. The trash was only removed after I fired them. Even then Oswaldo argued that he was allowed to leave my small home full of trash.

PuroClean employees used my washer and dryer instead of a sawhorse to cut sheetrock. Again, not a problem for Oswaldo Loor and PuroClean. However, that’s all just disrespectful. The most egregious offense is the extent of insurance fraud they’re committing which raises costs for us all. They replaced my damaged sheetrock with cheaper, thinner sheetrock leaving a gap between the flooring and the wall. Either they didn’t know how to install the baseboards because of this gap or couldn’t see them because of all the trash, I’m not sure. They only installed 3 baseboards in the bedroom. The second contractor replaced the rest. PuroClean only painted the walls in the bedroom; I painted the baseboards and all the other walls and ceilings. They were paid to paint everything.

PuroClean addresses their much higher prices by claiming their work is better. If anything, it’s worse. Their prices were more than double the other 3 bids I received for the rebuild. I had to fire them and hire a new contractor at which time PuroClean of West Austin decided to hold hostage my personal property claiming they had done extra work beyond the agreed-upon scope. I had to pay them for this "extra" work plus additional storage fees before they returned my personal property a month after I asked for it. That’s extortion. Again, not a problem for Oswaldo Loor and PuroClean.

They used at least 4 times as many boxes as needed for the packout. More boxes, more storage space, more profit for PuroClean! Nearly empty boxes, stacks and stacks of them. Boxes floor to ceiling, taking up the entire space, so many they had trouble bringing the last few inside. Yet they somehow managed to damage most of my furniture despite it being all wrapped and taped. It’s almost as if it was damaged intentionally.

Waldo kept pressuring me to pay him directly instead of waiting for the insurance payment. I figured it was because the insurance reimbursement would be far less than PuroClean's pricing and it was. Far less. One of their tactics to get more money is to have the client, me, argue with the insurance company until they agree to pay out more money. Regardless, I live in a condo and the HOA portion is not mine to repair. A professional wouldn’t work on a home without permission of the owner. I’m not the owner of the HOA property. I had no reason or legal authority to pay to repair HOA property.

Waldo hired Ivy Buchanan a few months into my experience with them. Ivy initially refused to refund for work they were paid for yet didn't complete. She claimed I had "released" them therefore no refund was due. Even after admitting they hadn’t finished some of the work they refused to refund anything until I provided line items on the invoice that I "thought" hadn’t been done.

Waldo and his office manager Ivy refused to refund me for the painting they failed to complete. I painted everything myself except the bedroom, although PuroClean was paid by both the HOA insurance company and my insurance company for that painting. PuroClean left a single coat of primer with most of the nail holes exposed, not filled, sanded, or painted. It’s shoddy work all around. I could fill this page, there's so much more.

There's a leak in the same area right now that may or may not be related to their shoddy work. I'll find out when they open the very recently installed wall. I won’t be hiring PuroClean again and would encourage everyone to stay far away. Check other review sites. Waldo's BNI group fluffs his reviews.

Puroclean was great all around very professional with quality thorough work. Team leader Jake was out standing in work ethic and team leadership. My family gives them 5 stars we recommend this company

I hired PuroClean Restoration Services on recommendation from my insurance company for water damage from (3) heavy wind driven rain storms. Phase one of the restoration went well except for them damaging my hardwood floor. They removed part of the ceiling & insulation so they could dry it out with heavy equip. In doing so they scratched and left tape marks all over the floor. Sara the team leader said it was unfortunate and PuroClean would pay to fix it. I received an estimate for phase two that included over $500 for repairing the floor damage. When I asked them about it they told me that they would not pick up the cost for the damage they caused and told me to get someone else to finish the job. Buyer beware, make sure you get everything in writing before you hire these people. I now have to hire someone else to finish the job and pay to have the floor sanded & refinished from damage caused by PuroClean. Not a good way to run a business.

After experiencing 10min window cleaners and got fed up I eventually got these guys to clean my windows, they really do an amazing and thorough job and leave the windows and sills sparkling, can't rate them high enough....

Everything went wrong from the very beginning. There were a few nice, helpful, hardworking guys that came and went. Moses was great as was Terry. But this was a complete nightmare, as if the fire itself wasn't bad enough. To this day several things in my house either won't work or work far less efficiently. It takes my "new" bathtub between 45 minutes to an hour just to drain. When I complained about this I was told "that's just how this tub is designed". Well, I can't stand it. With several people living in the house that's causing quite an issue. My hallway cabinets are now teeny, tiny, practically useless closets. My "pantry" now has such small shelves that it's thrown organization way off. I used to have deep shelving. They didn't caulk everything up (sinks, bathtub, etc...) They used poor quality flooring in my kitchen. It's only been a year and there are 4 torn spots. The weight of the table tears the floor! We lived in this house almost 25 years and only had 2 spots and that's from when the kids were little. My bedroom lights will work then stop working then start again. I have no idea why. An outlet in the kitchen messes up every time you try to use anything. They didn't even put one of the locking mechanisms in correctly. They threw away all of my stuff without calling me first (which 4 guys promised me that it wouldn't happen that way) and what they did supposedly put in storage they "lost". I feel like we were scammed basically.

PuroClean/Warrenton took on a project - the restoration of an inherited property with 40-years of multiple smokers in the house. They addressed for us a demanding job - carpet removal, structural cleaning (multiple days), oxidation, fogging, HVAC cleaning, and painting (multiple coats). The execution of this job was exceptional.

A shout out to Tim, who gave us input on the process and recommendations for improvement of the results up front; and then to Dan and Steven who walked us through their progress, findings, and additional actions we could undertake that would make the home once again “new”.
