It was a smooth process getting our mortgage through Mark, he really did well. Communication is very good as well. He was really patient and understanding. However , we asked for 2 years but he secured 5 years for us which was not easy to change anymore due to increase in interest rate. But overall, we are happy and grateful.

Ajay is just INCREDIBLE. He sorted out our first mortgage on our first home, which was brilliant. 2 years later as we came to remortgage, he called us up and reminded us with plenty of time that we needed to remortgage and that he had some brilliant deals for us.
