Application delays cost us money
All went well initially with talking to the broker and arranging what type of mortgage etc. we wanted to borrow more than our current mortgage, advised about how much we could borrow extra based on affordability calculations. Advised to proceed quickly due to rate changes happening from lenders within a few hours or days.
The application was then not processed correctly by “case manager” leading to a delay of 3 weeks, lender would then not process the application based upon the original terms we were given. Interest rates rose rapidly within this 3 week delay. We were then forced to obtain a mortgage elsewhere, increasing our interest rate and costing us money. This meant we could not borrow enough extra in order to build our planned extension. Our future plans have been put on hold for 2 years based on the poor execution of the processing of Mojo Mortgages.
Cannot recommend based on our experience.

I was a little bit nervous at the beginning to get my mortgage with them as everything was online rather than just meeting the mortgage advisor in person. I did receive clarification and explanation to all questions I had and the process was explained in detail and in such way to be easy to understand. I have worked with Ella and Conner.
