Top notch customer service

I bought tickets for a musical theatre production about a month before the show. I mistakenly bought matinee instead of tickets for the evening show. I didn't realize this error until the day before the event.

Purplepass customer service rectified the situation quickly, competently, and (although I couldn't actually see them) with a smile.

I generally get annoyed with online ticketing apps, excessive logins, etc... but purplepass made the process easy. I appreciate that.

Change in Ticket Timings

I was hoping to change tickets from an afternoon show to an evening show (same event). I wasn't sure I would be allowed to do this. However, my experience was fantastic. They (Nick and his team) were prompt, professional and very efficient. Thank you!

I needed to change seats at an event…

I needed to change seats at an event because I had bought my tickets in the wrong section of the venue. After emailing Purplepass, Nick, responded within minutes with great seats in the location I needed. I almost didn't even reach out to Purplepass, but I thought I'd try. I am so glad I did! Nick exceeded my expectations and I would recommend Purplepass for ticketing events.

Love Purplepass! Great support team.

Love Purplepass!! I purchased two tickets for a show and didn’t check the time like an idiot. I reached out to the support team asking for a refund or if I could switch, and they were amazing! They transferred my tickets for another time almost instantly and contacted me back so fast. I got help from Alex Perry who was super friendly and helpful.
Highly recommend this company and their support team!

Quick and helpful assistance

I am very satisfied with my service and experience. I had an issue with one of the scanners and was pleasantly surprised with the friendly and prompt assistance. Shout out to Alex (I think that was his name) for his patience.

Excellent service

Ordering process was seamless. Except I accidentally purchased tickets for the wrong showing of the show we wanted to attend. In less than ten minutes I received a reply with the correct tickets and a kind email. Top tier customer service. Shout out to Nick!

Happy with the new ticketing provider

I bought tickets to see a play at the theatre near our house. Looks like they switched ticketing companies to purplepass and it was such a better experience, especially after talking to theri support. I was finally able to easily select my seats from the seating map on my phone and checkout was straight forward. I didn't get my email confirmation though. I wanted to print it out on my computer so I called them up, talked to someone right away(!) and I had my tickets resent to me. Was just a good experience that would have been a nightmare through the other company, happy for the change.
