Ordered a handbag which was delivered very promptly. Unfortunately it had a small nick out of the patent leather at the front. I contacted the company and Karen who called me was extremely helpful. A new bag was despatched by 1st class post and arrived in time for the wedding I was due to attend. Excellent service. Will be using this company again

I wanted to.buy a present for a friend who was mad about hedgehogs. Found just the present - pink socks with hedgehogs on them. Fantastic value and excellent service. Loved the free pen I received. Will definitely use them again

I ordered a red tartan scarf to use as a Christmas throw and a table runner. I have recently changed the colour scheme in my lounge and wanted to change the colour scheme for Christmas.
