They canceled and refunded my order, I'm assuming because of lack of stock? I spoke with a customer service agent that informed me you were waiting for a delivery. Not happy at all with the false information about the stock on hand.

We are sorry your order was cancelled. It was communicated that the shipment that was supposed to have the autoglams you ordered was delayed due to the recent storms in the area. Then when it arrived it did not have the items you ordered. Our inventory is updated across all markets in a about 15 minute increments. While we do have buffers built in sometime during high sales volumes people can order items that are not in stock. That is what happened in your case. Then the shipment did not arrive as planned. While we are definitely sorry for having to cancel it was unavoidable.

We are sorry your items arrived damaged. We stand by our products and will gladely replace ir refund the item. Just log into your account find the order amd start the return request. These items are rarely broken considering we wrap them in layers of bubble mailer but it does some times happens. Please let us know if you need assistance.

Good customer service
Shirts came in a very timely manner and I would rate the customer service as a 5 star. They looked really well made, reasonably priced, and perfect for my usage. Very light weight, really like the Palmetto Logo, and the variations of colors available. The test of time will be how they perform after washing and wearing a few times.
