Great packaging
Great packaging, really kept cold even though my delivery was after 5pm.my cat loves this food she as always eaten raw food but prefers this make to my previous brand.

Myself and my cat have been a customer…
Myself and my cat have been a customer of Purrform for 12yrs and joyfully counting.
He was weaned from kibble/wet pouches straight onto Purrform as soon as I got him home at 16wks and we have never looked back.
He is BY FAR the healthiest cat I have ever had.
He has none of the ongoing health issues his kibble/wet pack friends and all my previous cats experience. He doesn't even get fleas!
I find the food very easy to manage.
Because of his very happy tummy his little tray never smells and is so easy to keep clean.
The wonderful staff have always been a huge source of knowledge, information and when needed, back up. When im faced with a limited minded vet with a strong negative opinion of my choices.
I will never feed my cat anything other than raw and he will not eat anything but raw...feeding anything else is a recipe for a very sick cat and a very over paid vet!
In my humble 50yrs of having cats for companionship.

Best quality food, reliable delivery date
I was looking online for raw diet options for my cat; purrform has a well-designed website with lots of information and clear insight into what "raw diet" actually means for a cat, what it entails for the owner, and about the food range;
I tried the "trial boxes" to find out if my picky cat actually likes raw diet; the order process was simple & easy - and the delivery came spot-on on the day that it was promised.
It turns out that my cat (that refuses to eat ANY processed food) loves this raw diet; and veterinary publications support the fact that a raw diet is the closest you can come to a cats natural diet which includes all the aspects of a prey animal (muscle meat, offal, skin, bone, cartilage, fur) and therefore insures that the cat gets all the nutrients it requires to live a long and healthy life.

Great compnay - No downside!
Have been using Purrform to feed my two cats for eight years now, and there really is no downside.
- Order process is straightforward
- Product is delivered as agreed EVERY TIME
- Product is well packaged, and always frozen on arrival
- On the two occasions I've had to contact customer service, response is near-instant, friendly, courteous and helpful
- The product is good for the cats general health and teeth and best of all, the poo doesn't smell!
Genuinely one of the best companies I've had the pleasure of dealing with - I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Delivery was great
Delivery was great - but sadly our cat will simply not eat the food. We have started as suggested with little amounts. We have even mixed it in with his regular wet food, but he simply spits out the raw :-(

It’s great that you’ve already tried introducing it gradually and mixing it with his usual food — sometimes it can take a little longer for cats to adjust to raw, especially if they’re used to wet food.

Sadly my elderly rescue cat did not like this product at all. I think it is the fact that it is more of a mousse consistency as the fresh meat one she is currently eating is more chunky maybe?
The product itself is however very satisfying and well packed and presented but I did want a change for her myself. Hey ho, that's cats for you isn't it, fussy little devil's ........Pam Hall and Willow, little black bombay. x

Our recipes are made from ground meat and bone, rather than a mousse-style texture, but we do appreciate that the consistency can be a little different from other raw foods and some cats can take time to adjust. When introducing a new diet, we usually recommend transitioning gradually by mixing the new food with the current one over several days, which can often help with acceptance.

One of my cats has IBD. The only raw food she will eat is Purrform. She came to me when she was 2 and has always had a problem. She has been having good quality,
grain free cat food but a few months ago I introduced
Purrform and it has made a lot of difference. She is now putting on weight and is much livlier. I am so pleased with Purrform.

Great delivery option from purrform. Food always comes frozen, well packed and fresh. My cat loves the rabbit and bone adult best of all, he gorges on it.

I have a 17 year old rescue foster with…
I have a 17 year old rescue foster with hyperthyroid and suspected ibd. Shes been with me for nearly 12 months. She came with really terrible diarrhea. Vet advised all the gastro diet foods from Hills/Royal Canin etc - nothing worked, still awful for us and for poor Molly. After 3 months we switched to raw. We tried a few different ones but Purrform seems to have done the trick . Molly really loves this product much better than any of the others we have tried. She is a very slow and ponderous eater-going back and forward to her bowl so we have learnt to only put down her food in small amounts but quite often so it does not go 'off'. Recently 'advised' by the vet to get her back onto commercial gastro food for 'safety' reasons-bad bad mistake! Stinky and runny poops from the get go. Never again-back to Purrform for me and Molly. She loves all the rabbit versions but when she goes off them for a while the chicken ones fill the gap. Whilst I am aware it does not suit every cat nor every owner we are both very grateful to Purrform,

Need to change the courier service.
Can't fault the CS from previous experience and love the products. Ive been a lotal customer for way over 12 months now, but the issue still persists. I never had an issue with my deliveries until you started using Yodel. DPD never let me down. Now I'm still paying £5+ to nominate a day in know ill be in but they never deliver. My most recent delivery was a day late and my current delivery is now a day late too. I've not even had a notification from the courier. Please change back to DPD as default.
