Pushchair Expert Avis 

Was supposed to get next day delivery, item now over 48 hours late and no update. Customer service number doesn’t work so can’t speak to anyone.

This is the first time purchasing anything from Pushchair Expert.
I was kept up to date with regular emails.
The company is professional and obviously care about their customers, their customer service is outstanding and knowledgeable.
I shall be ordering more items from this company and can highly recommend them to any other expecting parent that wants quality items that will be delivered next day.

Bought a travel system over a year ago, had a couple of issues recently and the customer care is brilliant. Dan helped me both times and got the issues sorted! Couldn’t be happier.

We brought our pushchair earlier in the year from pushchair expert. (The service was fantastic). Unfortunately out egg2 carrycot defected just 4 months after we started using it. I contacted egg direct and they were not that helpful suggesting I go without a carry cot for a few days while they investigate and we send the carry cot back to them. I contacted pushair expert and Dan was fantastic. He took over communications and we have been sent a new carrycot! How we would have lived without our carry cot for a few days I do not know! Thank you so much Dan.

Bought my first travel set from this store, Abby was ever so helpful, especially that we didn't even knew what we were looking for our first baby! Im so so happy with my purchase and brilliant customer service!

Super fast delivery and the right price with zero fuss. Most of my shopping is done online so I'm used to disapointment, but these guys were flawless. They also know their product, which I find to be rare these days. Thanks all!!

I just wanted to come on and say a huge thank you to Naydean today at the store who was absolutely incredible, knowledgeable and super helpful when we came looking for a travel system.

Nothing was too much trouble even when we tried and tested at least four, and we left with a system that we hadn’t even considered as it was originally out of budget. We were originally going to buy online but I’m so glad we were recommended to visit and “test drive” as it was worth its weight in gold.

I cannot say thank you enough especially as an older first time mum who is very overwhelmed with everything to have the help and stress taken away with such a large and costly purchase.

Please pass on my thanks directly. We cannot wait for our little girl to arrive and use the Cherry Oyster3 bundle!

Firstly the wrong chassis and wheels were sent. On asking for the correct ones to be sent we were told we did not understand the difference between silver and gold and did not understand light reflection. Eventually having been told how wrong I was a number of times and Pushchairexpert refusing to engage in a positive dialogue, James the business owner got in touch.

Cut a long story short, he offered a full refund if we could prove that the item we ordered, which was advertised on their website, which is widely available online, which we had seen in store and which we could prove with numerous photos of versions online was in fact available. He then suggested we had not even checked with the manufacturer, and that the model requested was not available and reneged on his offer of a full refund.

We have been treated like a villain all the way through the process, when all we have ever wanted was the product advertised.
