We placed a order for a car seat base which was in stock at the time
Of ordering , 6 weeks later still no base, we called weekly with false call back
Promises , today we decide to drive to the store ,still no one has any idea of where the base is , requested a refund, which has to be emailed to there head office , to now have a email informing us we will get a refund within 14 working days … still no car seat ,

If you have time read Emma the owners story , she opened the shop to make it hassle free shopping ahead of the birth of your child , we have had nothing but hassle …..

My cybex pram was sent off for repair with ease and promptly through Babybirds. Meg was super helpful keeping me updated throughout with its progress back to me. Thank you so much Meg at Babybirds :)

Terrible experience. Ordered a cot in early January, mid February I chased it up to be told it was out of stock until beginning of April. They then contacted me in April to ask for additional £40 delivery fee for delivery to NI, despite this not being mentioned on the website at the time of ordering. I asked to cancel the order and they said the could not guarantee refund until they confirmed with the supplier!

Meg was fantastic, quick responses, helped with the issue fast and sufficient. Super happy with the service.

Pram package we bought was great value for money

Needed an added accessory for our silver cross pram that we purchased second hand - found the exact thing we we needed whilst browsing the baby birds website a member of the team called me to confirm the colour I’d chosen and within days I received the item.
Amazing and will definitely be using baby birds in the future.

Fast delivery nice design

We purchased the wrong crib and wardrobe set. We asked to cancel the order and they were very accommodating and offered us a full refund. We was also asked which crib set we wanted and they sourced this for us and matched it to the correct mattress. Fantastic!

The team at baby birds especially Meg and Adam were brilliant..there was a little hiccup with the order of my joie eclipse double stroller..but Meg and Adam kept me informed of its whereabouts until I received it..

I ordered a car seat for my youngest granddaughter and having got one already I knew exactly what I wanted. the price was really competitive and delivery was included. In the end as I live near to the store I chose to collect it and the team expertly installed it in my car, showing me how to adjust it for growth and comfort.

Always very helpful at Baby birds and if they don't have the product you are looking for , they will order it in. I have bought my daughters prams, nursery furniture and car seats all from Baby birds. The experience has always been outstanding and nothing too much trouble. The reason I go back to buy smaller items, towels, feeding bowls, blankets to name a few. I have got to know the team and Jade has been very supportive in showing how to fit car seats, fold up pushchairs etc. Highly recommend and love to support a local shop.
