Only one word to describe the service and result - Exceptional.
Recently purchased a year old BMW X5 from a BMW dealership. However on closer inspection the car had quite a few swirl marks, staining on the leather and was generally not presented how I would expect.
I had the used car transformation which includes the ceramic coating, engine bay dry-ice and enhanced interior protect package. The result is absolutely phenomenal.
I will be going back for monthly washes to keep it in good shape.
Now booked in my BMW 3 series.

Some old PPF required removing on a VW Camper, Dan said he could probably do it in 10 minutes, inwardly i laughed as I saw on youtube it took over an hour. How wrong I was, Dan and his assistant actually removed the film in less than 5 minutes. He also explained what was wrong with the existing PPF left and I will be returning to have it done professionally, which is how Dan and his team operate. Along with a healthy dose of skill, efficiency and unbelievable attention to detail!!

Really impressed with the service and understanding of the guys at Pyramid. Took my car in for a detail and stage 1 ceramic coating in the hopes of clearing up some minor dings and protecting the car.

Really happy with the end result. Car looks immaculate and I could tell from talking with Ben that he knows his stuff.

Really appreciated the lift back to my home as I only live a few miles away and the care for my vehicle was clear from the outset.

Will be using again for sure.

OMG, that was my reaction when returning to pick up my wife's BMW  330i. Booked in for a full interior detail valet & a detailed exterior wash/coating & when I say detailed I mean "detailed". The standard of work carried out was to say the least well beyond 1st class resulting in the car looking amazing & better than when it left the BMW showroom & I don't say that lightly.
When we first arrived at Pyramid Car Care to drop the car off we knew within minutes we'd made the right decision with this company. We were treated with such courtesy & shown around the different parts of the premises & met some of the staff working on different aspects of their car care/maintainable business. We have now signed up for their monthly maintenance scheme which quite honestly is a no-brainer.
Finally I would to thank all at Pyramid Car Care not only for your customer courtesy but also for the professional service given to our car.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. They were friendly and helpful from very first contact. Their prices were hugely competitive and I was blown away by the end result. The aftercare has been amazing. If you are thinking about having your car wrapped I strongly advise you give them a call.

PPF was replaced on my AMG GTR roof, quick, efficient and car cleaned as well.

Whilst the product I received seems of good quality, I could really only comment on that in the future as it claims up to 12m protection. Time will tell.

Customer service, however, not very impressed with. This is my first time dealing with this co. and I placed my order on a Monday. I fully expected the order to go out on the same day as quoted on their website as I placed my order before 1500, for a Tuesday delivery which I paid for. (Next day service).
Unfortunately even though they had my order had been placed prior to the cut off it had not been dispatched and didn’t arrive. I rang customer services and they informed me that it indeed hasn’t left and that they are sorry. Full stop.
If I pay for next day delivery, I expect it the next day, this was fully in their control not the courier as they had not even dispatched it.
Regardless after exclaiming my disappointment I was told he would put a little something extra in the box for me. So I thought that’s fine, it was that or I was seconds from asking for a refund of the delivery cost.

Item arrived the next day, lo and behold…no extra item only the product I ordered.

For this experience I am not sure I would recommend if you are looking for a guarantee they will honour the next day delivery/same day dispatch if you are desperate.
It is a shame because I have a sour taste now which almost prevents me from wanting to order again. This may be an isolated incident, however it is difficult to see past the two issues.
- failed to dispatch for a PAID FOR next day delivery.
- didn’t refund the delivery fee OR provide any compensation (gift) which I was told I would receive.

Overall, the product quality seems good, however the customer service is not great from my experience.

Booked in some window tints on my classic Volvo and they were more than happy to get it booked in and sorted before Christmas. Running a bit late myself on the day and they were really understanding with it. Complimented the car on arrival and were extremely inviting and hospitable. Price was very reasonable and won't hesitate to use again for any services they offer. See you in the new year for a detail guys!
