Having used Pyramid for the first time for a full front end PPF along with a ceramic coating on a my new Tesla Model Y, this was the first Y the guys had seen and once confirmed the patterns were available for a Model Y booked me in. Typically my Tesla was late being delivered and the guys were accommodating moving my booking around and fitted me in the day the car was delivered.

The whole job was carried out to an excellent standard and I was very please with the end result.

This was the first car I had protected with Pyramid's own brand ceramic coating and I can say that 6 months on the car is so easy to clean and still has an amazing shine and after washing still gives a beading effect.

Highly recommended, and would use the guys again.

From the start the guys at Pyramid Car Care were quick to respond to my enquiry and helped me to choose the most appropriate package for my BMW i3. Decided to have the front protected with paint protection film and the rest ceramic coated, and couldn't be happier. Don't mess around with other companies, just give Pyramid a call.

From the initial visit; where the guys checked over my ageing MK2 Golf to see what would be possible; through to collection, the attention to detail was obvious. Following a decontamination wash, machining and finishing with a 5 year ceramic coat, my car now looks better than it ever has done. It’s clear that Pyramid car care are passionate about both the process and the customer service.

My review of pyramid car care is mostly geared (pardon the pun) towards the recent marketing services I’ve been receiving from them. (See further down if looking for that).
However, I would like to open by saying as a company in general, whether you’re a professional trade customer like myself looking for high quality ceramic coatings and wash products, a weekend warrior wanting to take care of their car - or simply a consumer (down south) looking to have your car detailed- you would be mad not to use Pyramid!

My first experience of the company was an extremely warm and friendly phone call to check up on an order. I’d ordered my first batch of ceramic coatings during the xmas holidays 2020. I wasn’t expecting an answer, but I was greeted with a bubbly person on the other end of the line who knew my name and order when I mentioned it - and sent it out next day delivery for free (at the time you had to pay for that).

Ever since then, advice, detailing chat etc was always readily on hand. I can honestly say without the quick cure times of their coatings and advice, my business would not have grown nearly as much as it has.

The customer service is on a different level. Once Callum offered to meet me halfway between Edinburgh and Worcester (3hr drive) to personally hand me a coating that was delivered late so that my customer didn’t miss out. He would have driven all the way (12 hr round trip) if his wife wasn’t heavily pregnant!
FYI: They quickly changed to DPD as delivery company with free next day delivery as a result!

MARKETING
I had been using a local marketing person for a few months at the end of 2021 into 2022. Enquiries were slowing down, I needed help - and he seemed to know his stuff.
Fast forward 3 -4 months, he had went over budget without telling me and my Return on Ad Investment (ROI) - for every £1 I spent- I was only getting about £1.70-2 back- this was barely enough to cover the ad costs and his fee.
(Marketing industry standard is about £1 to £8 ROI.)

Pyramid Car Care offered to take over my marketing , they were planning on offering that to detailers soon- and being a regular customer- were more than willing to lend a hand.

INSTANTLY I was spending less and getting more for it. I had just taken 1 month unpaid leave and entering Jan/Feb - its always a tough time of year. But these fast results put me at ease.

As the first few months have went on, ROI is now about £15 from every £1 spent.
Not only is Calum and Pyramid a great marketing choice, it is THE marketing choice. Their techniques (trade secret) and knowledge makes other marketing companies a thing of the past. Their monthly fee is about the same as anywhere else.

You know you’ve got someone who know their s##t when they are squealing with excitement over numbers, terminology and “geeky stuff”, codes and all other things I don’t know anything about.

Business has been so busy I am struggling to find the time responding to all the enquiries coming in whilst I complete the jobs.

This week I have booked the 700 mile round business trip to go down and meet the guys in person and do some PPF training.

After ordering my new Alpine A110 decided to look into paint protection and to my surprise found Pyramid just down the road. After looking at reviews I decided to contact them, Ry instantly put me at ease and invited me round to see what they did, from that point on the whole experience was exceptional. I booked in for full front end PPF and ceramic all over. The price was a real bargain compared to what the dealer offered but more importantly the finished product is absolutely spot on I also appreciated the regular updates, photos & videos throughout the process. The advice given has been great and I will be buying more of their products and services. I can't recommend them enough.

The whole experience from the initial discussions to the handover of the vehicle was simply amazing.

The professionalism with which the vehicle was prepared was immaculate. The attention to detail and the quality of the ceramic coating makes the paint "sing in the sun"

Ry and Dan took my very tired looking, 32 year old Peugeot 309 and restored it to as close to showroom as possible! It went in looking faded and sorry for itself, and came out looking newer that my other (only 12 year old Volvo) car. The level of detail and care taken over my old Banger was incredible, you can tell these guys run the company for the love of cars! I can't get over the difference a day of hard work from two very good detailers has made to my old 309. I'm so proud of how it looks now, I'm almost scared to use it day to day!!!
I cannot recommend Pyramid Car Care enough, so give these guys a call for ANY of your cleaning needs. I'm wholeheartedly convinced nobody else will be looking after my cars in the future.
