Appalling company
22 minute call.
The customer service are appalling, the script they stick to is robotic, they told me my address was wrong 😂 and wanted me to E mail a legal document with my address on to continue the call - obviously I said no.
If you look on company house this is the 3rd rebrand of this 2 bit company...
If there were zero stars that's what they'd get
Scammers
Scammers
They say there working for British oil security syndicate limited, is actually qdr solicitors, absolute scam ,if you ever left petrol station with out paying ,its the police not some second rate scam foreign company, do not pay these rude morons ,when challenged apparently if you dont pay next step is police ,I check at the petrol dont even owe scamming bustards another ,not British company trying to scam British people
Absolutely awful!!
Absolutely awful company, letter received claiming unpaid petrol, called the company and after much discussion, file placed on hold for 40 days pending CCTV footage as no evidence provided but will still face an additional £15 charge to the already extortionate £50 payment processing fee??!! whilst investigation pending as is beyond the 14 day payment deadline...jokers! Will be reporting to trading standards.
Scammers scammers
They have sent me a threatening letter for driving away and not paying for fuel.
I paid in the kiosk for the fuel and have not sent me evidence that I have or have not paid.
To me they are just scammers and threaten people for no reason.
Absolutely shocking company and should be shut down.
Very poor service
Very poor service, unhelpful, completely ignored my emails.
QDR Solicitors unacceptable
I don't want to give them as much as one star. This firm claims a debt without stating to whom it's owed, and fails to respond to questions, all the while threatening further action if 'debt' not paid within 14 days. I have reported them to the SRA.
Unfit to be called Solicitors
These people are charlatans. How they can call themselves Solicitors I am not sure. My experience of them is bullies and scammers. I received an erroneous parking ticket and despite showing them an NCP receipt for the parking fare and a bank statement showing the payment made from my account they keep on challenging me. They are despicable criminals barely operating within the law.
QDR solicitors have sent my client a…
QDR solicitors have sent my client a demanding letter asking for unpaid fuel. She sent a letter asking me to act on her behalf as this was my car at the time- and they asked her to send permission to do so- a signed handwritten wet letter emailed in- which is exactly what was done the same day. They then acknowledged that I could speak on her behalf - I have since called in 3 times each time being placed on hold for close to an hour and then still no further- we paid for the fuel and have proof- it is an awful way to do business - they call themselves solicitors but they cannot communicate with anyone pick up emails or show basic customer service
Unhelpful Charlatans
Disgusting....my 91 year old mother has had to have dealings with these 'charlatans' and they have been no help at all....and as for empathy well forget that too....
For invoice of unpaid petrol payment at…
For invoice of unpaid petrol payment at Sainburys petrol station. Received letter (3 weeks after allegedly being sent out). Now had 2 letters with same issue! Have paid QDR payment and petrol fee (although I believe I only went there to buy snacks but cannot prove this) have asked for photographic/video evidence of myself filling up at pump and they have said they cannot confirm they can do this or where the photo will show me, may just be in the kiosk.
I have been charged a late fee of £15 which I should not have to pay due to myself receiving letter so late after allegedly being sent date of letter headlined at the top.
In a call back from I believe managers team they have said that it was Royal mails fault?! However recognising not my fault have still not lifted the £15 fine!
I have had to put a complaint through to their complaints company and am now waiting for a reply.
During all of this may I add that I am heavily pregnant and due anytime within the next month! I have told them about the extra stress they are causing but they do not acknowledge or apologise.
Now having to escalate to legal ombudsman and SRA to protect myself from this companies error. Very disappointing.
Terrible unfair company
Terrible communication. I had to make a payment to them within a certain time but was unable to over Xmas. Their automated phone system didn’t work. Their online payment system didn’t work and the office was closed so unable to speak to someone.
When I finally got through they’d fined me an extra £15 for late payment. I complained and was held on the line for 45 minutes but they wouldn’t remove the fine even though it was entirely their fault.
Absolutely terrible company
Absolutely terrible company, taken out 2 direct debts at 1 time after paying my settlement. Been on hold for over an hour trying to get them to refund it. Call back requests come though over a week after. Clearly take on a bigger caseload than they can manage.
Scum bag company..
Scum bag company... I guess they're used by BP so what would you expect? Charging 250%+ for sending a letter.
Cashier error at a BP Garage meant that…
Cashier error at a BP Garage meant that my payment for fuel was not collected, only the cost of groceries I bought in October. When I received a letter from QDR over 6 weeks later instructing me to pay for the fuel plus adminstration fees, I was told over the phone I could not appeal or complain.
I returned to the BP garage in question to pay the outstanding fuel fee only and have instructed QDR this is the only payment I will be making. The fees QDR are instructing me to pay have increased. I will not be paying any money to this company.
Dodgy scam business
I have had a random email from this company asking me to click a link and enter security details. When I called the number on the website it diverted overseas to an agent there. I hung up. I think they must be a scam phishing business.
Received a dodgy looking text message…
Received a dodgy looking text message from them regarding a debt which i had no clue about. Rang them to state it was from an unfair parking charge nearly 2 years ago in Exeter which the parking company apparently wants £165 for a paid £2 charge. They then threaten court action which i’m happy to attend to show i paid my parking fee. Absolute scam chasing outfit. Ignore all correpsondance from them!
Corrupt dishonest scam company!
Second letter from this corrupt lying company!! They are based in South Africa , its a complete con ! ! Want money for alledged drive off from petrol station without paying for petrol from a garage 300 miles away from where I live!! Iam f67king fuming! How dare they harass people! They wanted my personal details which I told them in no uncertain terms to stick up their a=7ses! Conmen Conmen conmen conmen conmen ! Corupt and illegal !
I keep getting harrassed
I keep getting harrassed and threatening letters demanding payment. This is over an alleged parking breach of contract and I’ve already made it quite clear I’m happy to go to court so clearly and obviously trying to bully me to pay money before it gets to court as they probably know I will win as I always have done if it goes that far.
Horrible useless outfit that has sent…
Horrible useless outfit that has sent me threatening letters regarding an "unpaid fuel bill" - the bill has been paid over two months ago and they refuse to take payment anyway? WTF? so they want money and I felt happy enough to pay them to reduce stress and they stonewalled!! No online system was working, no way of talking to a more senior member of staff or technical no way of paying them Moines not owed and no way of proving that I have paid the bill way before the first letter from them...this is a harassing, bullying tactic which I for one will stand firm against as this is a a scam outfit
If they contact you, contact 101
I received, as so many others did, a notice that I had left a Sainsbury's in Wellingborough without paying for the fuel.
I found the QDR staff superficially helpful, but ultimately obstructive, and they denied me access to a photo of the vehicl in question. So I tried contacting Action Fraud (their number was out of use (?), so I logged an online report). I also called my local Police service via 101.
The Police were extremely helpful, and used the ANPR network to confirm that my vehicle had not been recorded by a single ANPR camera on that day. They gave me a crime incident number that I could use to help resolve the matter quickly, and assured me that I could come back to them again if further enquiries were needed. They did seem to prick their ears up when I informed them I was refused a photo, so maybe that made them more suspicious?
I asked if my plate might have been cloned, but of course, as my plate had not been picked up by a single ANPR camera, the Police suggested that it is most likely the result of a mis-reading from a damaged number plate that is likely similar to mine.
I have now provided QDR with the crime number. They are "going back to their client" to see what they want to do. They have made a record of the refusal to provide me with a photo (I'm pretty sure I spoke to the same person as yesterday - they have a distinctive voice).
So, if you are set one of these, do call your local Police service via 101, and ask them to investigate.
As a matter of my safety, I have insisted they continue to contact my via the post. While this will slow matters down, I certainly wouldn't trust them with my email address or any other personal data.
