We print, embroider, and source custom apparel, drinkware, bags, hats, and event swag, covering everything from a 50-piece company hoodie run to a 5,000-unit branded mailer drop. Every order goes through a mockup before it hits production. Our in-house designer cleans up your logo, places it on the actual product, and emails you a proof. Nothing prints until you approve it. What we hear most from customers is that the surprises happen on the good side. We confirm artwork the same day we receive it, give you a single human contact instead of a ticketing carousel, and ship from US fulfillment partners with realistic dates we actually hit. We work with startups doing their first conference giveaway, marketing teams refreshing employee onboarding kits, retail brands packaging influencer mailers, and HR teams putting together holiday gifts. Minimum orders start at 25–100 units depending on the product, and pricing tiers down at higher volumes. All pricing is published on the site, so you don't have to email asking "what's your price for X?". If you have a tight deadline, weird specs, or a product you saw somewhere else and want quoted, message us. We respond.

We sourced our annual corporate tournament apparel through Qstomize. The Golf Polo shirts look incredibly professional, fit perfectly and the bulk turnaround time was surprisingly fast. We are definitely using their wholesale services again next year.

A $600 refund was offered and accepted on April 26, but the team member who picked up the thread on May 7 didn't see the prior message and reversed the offer. That wasn't what you were promised.

Unreliable and Fake Customer Service Number

This was a very disappointing experience from start to finish.

My order was delayed and ultimately did not arrive in time for a mid-April event, which made the swag completely unusable. That alone would have been frustrating, but the communication and handling of the situation made it worse.

I was told that a shipping label had been created 10 days prior to my event, which gave the impression that the order was on track. In reality, nothing was delivered. Creating a label is not the same as fulfilling an order, and it felt misleading.

There was also no reliable way to get help — the customer service phone number provided did not work, and there was no clear path to resolve the issue in a timely manner.

At the end of the day, I paid for a product I could not use due to their failure to deliver as promised. I requested a resolution, but the experience overall has been extremely frustrating.

I would not use this company again and cannot recommend them based on this experience.

Comfortable gear

Bought a bulk order of flip flops for our beach resort. Guests love them and say they are actually pretty comfortable for promotional gear.

High quality product

The shot glasses we ordered for our bar's anniversary party were a massive hit. The print survived the dishwasher multiple times already.

If I could give 0 stars I absolutely…

If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. We reached out and had excellent communication at first with Pamela; however, after finalizing our order for a 10x10 tent and backdrop, approving the design, and placing our order for we were asked 3 days later for $350 extra to cover the shipping to ensure our order would arrive on time. Mind you, this was AFTER we were told there was no issue with the time we order and our order would be there BEFORE our date we needed. Even with proof of the conversations, she then proceeded to tell me that if we did not pay the additional $350 that our order would no longer be in queue to be delivered on time. Least to say, they lost our business and we will not recommend them. Poor customer support and trying to pull a fast one over on customer after a very large payment was already made for our tent and backdrop.

Meghan, you're right, and I'm sorry.

The shipping surcharge should have been disclosed upfront — before you paid, before your client approved, before any of this was in motion. Coming back three days later with a $350 ask after you'd
already confirmed your April 25 deadline with us was the wrong way to handle it, full stop. That's on us, not on you.

For anyone reading this: we issued Meghan a full refund of her $625 the same day she requested it, no pushback. But the refund doesn't undo the stress of having to go back to your client and explain a
problem we created, and I understand why that damaged your trust in us.

We're tightening our quote process so rush-shipping costs are calculated and shown at the quote stage, not after payment. That's the only way to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else.

If there's ever anything we can do to make this right down the road, my door is open.

500 Bottles in 9 days

We ordered 500 bottles for our merchandising. Order took about 9 days to arrive after order. MUCH faster than we anticipated. I don't usually leave reviews, but I was impressed enough to leave one.

Spiritwear order gone wrong

I ordered 43 shirts for school spiritwear. Confirmed several times that we would be getting youth sizes shirts and was shipped adult size shirts. Tried to get someone to contact us to fix the issue and we were ignored. Even called the CEO. No reply. Do not use this company. They don’t care and will steal from you.
