I’ll be honest I wasn’t expecting much when I had placed an order but I wanted to give it a try anyways because I thought it was pretty cool; plus I couldn’t find anything I was searching for so it led me here. I just received my order yesterday and omg I’m honestly blown away!!!! Not only did the order came exactly how I wanted it too but it’s even better than I imagined. I had order an AirPod 2Gen case and wanted cherry blossom trees on it; found the exact picture and the company worked there magic! Definitely will be ordering from them again!! (No I was Not paid to write this) this is simply ur average Joe just happened to find this amazing company!! Thank you again

Worth the money!!

I ordered a custom body pillow and it was well worth the money. It was full size and is incredibly soft and cuddly, I ordered a second one because I was so satisfied with how it came out.

Best customer service…..

Best customer service I’ve ever dealt with when it comes to online shopping. They are quick to respond and always ALWAYS stand behind their products. This will be my third purchase from them and I will definitely be back.

Wow, you MUST order from Sequin Swag!!

Wow! What an incredible experience :) Christine from Sequin Swag, delivers some of the most amazing customer service I have seen along with being very responsive to my email requests. She gave prompt and detailed answers to all my questions. Not only that, but the shirt I received was a far better product than expected! There was a hiccup along the way, but they made it right- beyond what I imagined they would do!!! This is going to make someone in my life very happy to receive such a wonderful, thoughtful and quality product. Kudos to Christine and the team at Sequin Swag!

This is Barbara again

This is Barbara again. My review is below. I honestly believe this company is a scam. I called international USPS again just to make sure that it was truely not a mistake on the tracking number. It was confirmed that any international tracking number DO NOT START WITH CY192600200US. So don’t try and belittle me and say that I am wrong. She never recieved any kind of call or anything letting her know that a package was there and she would have to pay the fees. So again I am out my money because of this so called company. I am just trying to alert you on what you might be in for if you order from them. I think it’s a scam but you decide for yourself. Barbara

This is like your 5th 1 star Trustpilot review which is against their policies but whatever.

Again, we have sent proof of the USPS number showing it was not delivered because your recipient chose not to pay Canada customs taxes. Not sure why you think we are making up the tracking number this is quite bizarre. This order would have been delivered by Christmas if your receipient paid the taxes.

Last Mile delivery in Canada would have been with DHL that clearly shows this order was not delivered because customs taxes were not paid.

Do you really think we hacked USPS website?

As we mention in our policies, we do not pay a customer's customs taxes nor do we refund orders that are sent back because the customer refused to pay taxes.

We send thousands of orders a year to Canada and you are the only customer that refused to pay customs taxes.

For anyone that wants to see, the tracking shows the only reason why this order was not delivered was because of unpaid customs taxes.

We shipped a beautiful body pillow with a reliable shipping service.

It's not our fault your receipient refused to pay the taxes to clear Canada customs.

We are not a shipping service and we are not Canada customs.

Amazing customer service, high quality products

The reason to go to these guys is the customer service for sure, any question I had was answered politely in a very fast fashion. They even kept me updated during processing and sent me photos of the products before they were shipped. You'll absolutely have my business in the future, highly recommend.

Lie About Shipping Times

I have ordered my 2 products and paid extra for express shipping to receive it as soon as possible. This shouldn't have ben a problem since the website states it all ships from Delaware.
Now, I find out that an extra 1-2 days of shipping is required for the package to go through customs in HONG KONG! That is absolutely ridiculous.
Had I known the package was going to arrive after the time frame I needed it, then I wouldn't have paid for express shipping since it was going to be late anyway.
I'm getting in touch with customer service and they are being unresponsive, as well. All they said was "we'll check in with our team". Even better, their time zone seems like they're emailing from Hong Kong, as well.
So I probably won't hear back again until the next day.
Seems to me like this might be a sketchy business operating from overseas yet registered in Delaware (LLC taxing is cheapest in that state).

Am willing to change my experience if I receive my package within the timeframe that I paid extra shipping for. Otherwise, I will be fighting for a refund and/ or reporting to BBB.

ADDITION on Dec 22-
In response to your unhelpful reply, here are some corrections which I would gladly provide proof of by forwarding you these emails and screenshots.
#1- The order shipped morning of dec 20. I received emails notifying me of this.
#2- Call DHL. Ask them about shipping dates for express shipping.
#3- Once again going to this whole shipping from Hong Kong thing- 2 days were added on for shipping because of customs. You do not ship from the US as you state.

Had it not had to go through customs from Hong Kong, it would have without a doubt been here on time before the 24th. That is the issue. What do you not understand here?

Further edits to your note- according to you, it was shipped dec 21 and you say 3 bd delivery would be on dec 27. Do your math please. That’s 4 bd.

Now let’s take into consideration it actually shipped on dec 20.

Magdalena Janczak - You are lying. Order was shipped Dec 20th and delivered Dec 23rd. That is 3 business days delivery time. That is really fast delivery!

You really had to trash us online and report us to the BBB - for what exactly? You received your order before Christmas Eve. Ordered Dec 14th, Delivered Dec 23rd. What a grinch!

Edit: Shipped on Dec 20 and delivered on Dec 23. Proof is below So what did we lie about exactly Magdalena Janczak? If you needed the items earlier, you could have ordered earlier. The order was delivered exactly in the time frame promised with 3-6 business days shipping.

Edit 2: Customer threatened us to remove the review only if we refunded the purchase. Sorry, we do not accept blackmail Magdalena Janczak. We delivered in 3 business days - what did we wrong here?

We've had more than a million customers to date but this is one of those rare Karen-like customers that woke up on the wrong side of the bed that day and feel like taking their frustrations on us for whatever reason. We accept that we can't please 100% of our customers although we always try our very best and will alway defend ourselves from outright lies and slander.

We are nice people and don't respond to threats from grinches. If we did something wrong, we would have refunded. But we did exactly like we promised which is deliver your order with 3-6 business days shipping and the proof for anyone to see is below that shows we are not lying about our delivery time. The facts show we did what we promised and you are blackmailing us so you can keep your order and get back your money. Sorry, we do not accept blackmail.

The order is processed very quickly and, with an ideal layout, you can pick it up on the same day. Many goods are really much cheaper even taking into account courier delivery.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

My order was supposed to arrive last week Friday. I left the country yesterday and requested a refund since it still has not arrived. They keep telling me the order will arrive today but it is completely useless to me now. WHEN I ASK FOR A REFUND THEY DO NOT REPLY.

THE DELAY IS SOLELY DUE TO THEIR NEGLIGENCE with losing the item in their warehouse and taking multiple days to send out the item after creating the shipping label (the covid pandemic and shipping delays are not an excuse here).

Whenever I asked why the order was not processed within the "2-5 day processing window" they would answer that it was on its way to be shipped.... until SOMEONE ADMITTED IT WAS LOST IN THEIR WAREHOUSE. It was supposed to be delivered between April 4-9th and I planned this according to my travels. Adherence to provided timeframes is of the utmost importance and if they cared about customer service they would right their wrongs by refunding me. CLEARLY THE COMPANY IS NOT SERIOUS.

Mishandling of shipping way: Unacceptable carbon footprint

My order came to europe from california, not directly across the atlantic, but around the world from the other side... pacific, south china, east china, west china, asia and finally to europe. A completely unacceptable carbon footprint.

hi Elder. We are not a European company. If you were worried about carbon footprint you should probably have purchased from a company in Europe. There is nothing about our store written anywhere that says we are from Europe. We have no idea why you assumed we are a European company and ships with zero carbon footprint.

Regardless, you only ordered 2 airpods cases not a diesel engine. The carbon footprint shipping this 100g package is probably equal to a normal breath.

Placed an order for 5 shirts on the…

Order number 62527 - Placed an order for 5 shirts on the 22nd of Nov. Paid for priority freight. Currently 29th Dec and still has not arrived. Contacted customer ‘support’ who blatantly lied about when it was dispatched as can be seen on the tracking details. Contacted them again today to ask if they could follow up with the freight company as the status had not changed in 9 days. Got there stock standard “ We request you to wait a few more days for the updates. If there is no movement in the next week, please reach out to us”
This company does not know a thing about customer service. Horrendous. I am sure they will comment back as with others reviews justifying / denying. Just want others to Beaware

Unfortunately, there is a global worldwide pandemic right now and New Zealand has been extremely strict with all shipments going in and out of New Zealand. Auckland just now finished a 107 day lockdown. Due to 107 day lockdown I am sure things are backed up along with millions of other orders entering NZ during these 100+ days...

We are sorry, but we did not cause the Global Pandemic, multi month lockdowns, and we are not New Zealand customs! Otherwise, this order would have arrived much faster.

But again, we did not cause the global pandemic and extreme lockdowns in New Zealand. If we could have done anything for this order to arrive faster, we would have. But some thing are outside like our control, like lockdowns and deadly pandemics.

I had 2 separate orders

I had 2 separate orders. One one 12/5 and one on 12/6. First one I haven’t received and it’s 12/29. Second I received a week later. 24 days later and keep getting emails it’s on its way. I have no use for this product as it’s well after Christmas and was denied a refund. Bad business over all.

Your first order was placed on Dec 6th and arrived Dec 11th, less than 5 days for a personalized order during the holiday season. So we don't understand why 5 days turnaround time is unacceptable.

We purchased the red AirPods case and…

We purchased the red AirPods case and customized it for our son’s birthday. He loves it! He uses the clip to attach his AirPods to his backpack. The only negative would be the case does not allow us to charge his AirPods on our charging pad. It’s no biggie, we just plug them in.

Great gift idea…

My sequin heart t-shirt came earlier than expected and not only was the quality amazing but the photo came out perfect. The size is also what I expected. Customer service was also quick to respond when I advised the discount code was not applied to my order. Great overall experience. I would highly recommend. Very unique gift. Will order again!!
