I purchased a flail last year August ish time fantastic quad over the last few weeks we decided we needed another and the sales team were great received the 2nd quad everything was fine then I had an issue with a noise coming from the venting of the first quad so I emailed customer services who requested a video of the noise so I did this and sent it to them they responded with as it had y flail it may struggle with grass impressed that the could tell what cutters it had by a video but hey they were wrong it had hammers they then Said just drive slower and there was nothing they could do from a video that they requested if I had known how unhelpful there customer services was I wouldn’t have purchased another flail from them ,I won’t be using them again and I don’t recommend them based purely on the customer services

First Time Flail Mower purchase was a positive experience.
I found the email support from the sales team excellent, both in terms of technical information and ongoing support. There was a delay in the delivery due to the 3rd party courier being over subscribed but the sales team were relentless in the pursuit of the courier company and both the sales team and courier company ensured I was kept in the loop. The delivery driver was really helpful too. Just used it today and really pleased with the flail mower too. My life should be much easier.

I've not used it yet but during assembly it looks like it will do the job. Using an impact driver to speed up assembly is not a good idea, use hand tools otherwise you could overtighten or crush parts. The thing looks more sturdy than most, with quality materials and components, I am sure I will not be disappointed. Quadbikeparts were good to deal with and communications were efficient at all stages. I'd have no hesitation in using them again for other forestry related equipment and accessories.

Recently purchased the ATV tow behind flail mower.
Delivery was fast and they called to confirm dates and times.
Built in less than an hour and was solid. Towed it behind the truck on the road...didn’t bounce etc solid construction. Spun it up, turned over first start with the key and used the Polaris to clear grass, rushes, bracken and brambles...does the job very well!

Super dealings with Quadbikeparts, very helpful and contact via email speedy and efficient. Solved all my problems within the day. Will be using them again. Well done team. One happy returning customer.

Don't go there if you're a business , just don't , lost a lot of money from lost income dealing with this companies lack of control over it's chosen haulier and lack of action to minimise my losses that were made clear to them week on week. 7 delivery days arranged with them and haulier over several weeks, requiring paid staff on site to receive. None materialised they still wanted to persevere with haulier and not recall the mower from them and send out another via alternative company soon enough. Result : a clearly damaged mower arrived the next month , requiring even more wages to be spent organising collection. I'd be mortified if this was a customer of mine and falling over myself to compensate. I'm almost £1k down in wasted wages and obviously couldn't risk or wait for a replacement machine only offerred at the very end of the debacle. "Not our fault" isn't what anyone wants to hear when they could have and should have acted sooner with a recall and resend once the haulier was persistently failing. No delivery confirmation within their expected timeframe should be an automatic red flag on their system. They even claimed at one point that myself and the random haulier must have had historical beef which they've got caught up in because I predicted the reason for them not delivering in my life experience is that they've damaged it, yes seriously. Well that's their assessment, mine is they need to improve procedures.

I initially had concerns as there were no assembly instructions or manuals. Also had a small problem with the way is sat uneven. After contacting them, these minor problems were sorted and it performs very well. I have 4 acres of fairly rough terrain. It has completely levelled it all out in just under 4 hours. The Briggs and Stratton engine is probably better the best engine on the market. Compared to the price of other machines, this is an excellent choice.

I received the flail mower very quickly, delivered in just 2 days. I already used it to cut my 3 acre paddock once the rain dried, it worked perfectly. I'm very satisfied with the machine and with the fast and professional service from the team at quadbikeparts.

Arrived on time, excellent quality and sturdy trailer. I highly recommend this company.

Ordered the agricultural implement system with disc harrow and single-bottom plow. The quality is excellent and easily attached to my CFMoto 800. There was a two day delivery delay, but overall, I am satisfied with both the product and the service.

I ordered a forestry trailer from quadbikeparts. The whole experience was smooth from start to finish. The trailer arrived on time, delivered by a 7.5-tonne lorry, which was ideal since we’ve got restricted access on the farm. The driver was a great help too, getting it as close as possible. After putting the trailer together, I found that the cable on the manual winch wasn’t quite long enough for what I needed. I reached out to customer service, and they were quick to respond, sending me a longer cable within a few days...Good kit, good service, and I would recommend quadbikeparts to anyone in need of solid forestry trailers.

Beware. Sold a faulty part and wont replace or refund. Says to leave wires disconnected or take parts out to repair old carburettor

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! The flail mower in the end is ok but the customer service and quality of the delivered item was poor. Mower came in a frame that we needed lifting equipment to get it out. Hitch didn’t work - I had to modify it to make it work. Nuts missing, manual very poor, no instruction of how to wire up electric start. Grease nipples fell out - no thread. Tried to complain. They simply will not speak to you - everything by e-Mail. They then dispute everything you raise and basically say they don’t believe you. Utterly shocking customer service.

WORST COMPANY EVER, PLEASE AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE. I see someone else has had the same experience as myself, ordered a £1650 flail, payment was taken but then was told it wasn't in stock and offered me a more expensive one at a reduced price, I believe they don't actually stock the cheaper one, and that's how they pull you in to sell the more pricey one.

Once purchased they couldn't even give me a tracking number, this is now after spending £1800. I've gone to put it together with the shocking instructions, to find it's missing loads of nuts and bolts, I've contacted Mary and after alot of messing around I finally got some more bolts sent out with a promise of some spare belts. I received my parcel, with not enough bolts and no belts.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COWBOY COMPANY.

Superb flail mower.
Really happy with it. Cut about 10 acres of grass yesterday, it ran faultlessly.
Took me 2 hours to swap the Y blades to the hammers.
The hammers really give the grass a great finish.

I bought an ATV flail mower from quadbikeparts and the communication with them is excellent. They are always happy to help with information. My item was delivered very fast and the quality of the machine is awesome. I had to build some of the parts, add grease where needed and add engine oil. But at least i now know its all good for many years. I am extremely happy with my purchase and highly recommend.

I bought a flail mower (Briggs and Stratton) in May from Quadbikeparts. The shipping was extremely fast. I got it within 2 days. I used it several times since then and it does the job very well. I have a 9-acre land a bushy, thorny area that I managed to tidy up with it. Fast customer service, great machine!

I purchased the Briggs & Stratton flail mower and had followed all the manuals (which are quite basic and not informative enough) but I could not get this machine to fire up. It would just turn over. Mary from support advised to top it up with more oil (even though it read 1/2 on the dipstick) which I did and it fired up.

However when out on the field, it kept cutting out. I couldn't get it started again unless it was completely on the flat, which is when I found out that it has a tilt switch on it! ( you can disable this).

I put the choke in after about 10 minutes, the machine spluttered and bellowed black smoke. Opened the choke again and it runs fine.

I emailed support again and 'Mary' responded advising that: "please note that this issue can be caused by poor lubrication of moving parts such as the internal crankshaft connecting rod. We are sorry to inform you that related engine failure cannot be warranted!"

I have only used the machine twice, done everything the manual and what 'Mary' stated and I am already being threatened with Warranty withdraws.

Use at your own risk. There are other flails out there for the same money that will cause you less agro.
