A+ Customer service… B quality product
My experience was fantastic with the customer service, the communication and the shipping. However- the quality of the actual fan that I purchased was very low. Although that is to be expected given the price, which was certainly a great deal. You get what you pay for!

Super happy with the product- we have…
Super happy with the product- we have ordered caps for our end of year promotion events for years and we love them! The issue was the amount of time it took for the caps to arrive. Typically order at the same time every year- April for early June date and this year, for the first time ever, the caps arrived AFTER the event. We were able to use former students' caps for event and then give to parents over the summer break when they arrived, but it was not ideal.

Anthony Raymonds is super responsive and helpful. Upon first introduction, he really helped me with a super quick turnaround for fully custom poker cards. The quality was fantastic. I have made a point to look at Quality Imprint first when I need more custom giveaways. I've already reordered the cards and placed two more orders for other custom items. I have worked with quite a few suppliers over the years, and being able to work with someone who offers such attention to detail and follow-through is so so appreciated.

A bit longer than expected
My scheduled order took longer than anticipated resulting in me canceling my order. I was a bit frustrated but received a full refund. I did have a good experience with Camilla Lopez as she was very responsive and quick.
