Their customer service is excellent. I purchased the Queen Emily pillow top. Had a hard time adjusting to a Queen having previously had a King bed. Also found the pillow top to be too soft. They switched it out for me with no problems. I now love my King Emily bed.

Have been purchasing my Mattresses from here since 2006. Would never shop anywhere else.

After much consideration and multiple visits to the the stores to try out the mattresses, we settled on Katherine Medium mattress from Quality Sleep Shop. We were looking for an organic mattress and considered online mattress in a box brands, which offer some great options, but finally went with the local option as we could try it out and found the mattress to have a stronger and more stable spring base.

The mattress was delivered within the week and the delivery team were on time and very professional. I am very sensitive to smell and was quite concerned about the possible latex odor. To my pleasant surprise there was a very slight vanilla/latex odor which disappeared in a few hours.

For us, this mattress is perfect firmness. The spring structure feels solid all the way to the edges (it does have foam borders which adds to that stable feeling), while the latex layers are bouncy and very supportive. We've had this for a couple of months now and absolutely no quality concerns. The bed felt great the first day itself; it has softened up a tiny bit since then and still feels fantastic. My wife is a side sleeper and I am a backsleeper. This one works great for both of us. It was an expensive purchase, but I am totally satisfied with the quality of the mattress and how well it is working for us.

We have now purchased our 5th bed from Quality Sleep Shop. Bought my first one when the store was in Brookfield. I think they are the best mattresses out there. Made right on site with USA materials. We did buy one mattress from a chain mattress store a few years ago but have not been as satisfied with that as we were with the ones from Quality. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new mattress. Kathy was wonderful and helped me pick out the right mattress. I chose a new mattress named Grace that is as soft as sleeping on a cloud. Kathy didn't rush me and let me try out several beds. Delivery was set up for a day that was good for me. The deliverymen were very efficient and pleasant and took my old mattress and foundation to the garage. Highly recommend this store to anyone looking for. a new mattress.

We are very pleased with our mattress and box spring set, after 6 weeks.
