We purchased a memory foam mattress 5 years ago from Quality Sleep Shop and it did not hold up well. Even though part of it was our son peeing on the bed Tim let us come pick out a new mattress for half price. They delivered it FedEx at no charge to our front door in St John Indiana. Will be back when we need a new one

No pushy salespeople here...your comfort is their main concern. So glad my coworkers suggested I stop in. Now I can refer my friends & family too. This plush bed is great for my Fibromyalgia pains...no more restless nights!

Nice mattress, nice knowledgeable salesperson. My only suggestion would be for the company to provide a paper copy of the warranty and register the mattress when it is delivered.

I have had my mattress about a month now. It is starting to break in nicely and beginning to feel like the one I laid on in the show room. It was a little hard at first, but I knew what it would become and my patience has paid off.
I came in to Quality Sleep Shop because I had been reading about mattresses for about a month trying to find something that wouldn't sag and deflate after 3 years like my last mattress. I had unbearable back pain every morning (I'm only 31!) and it was causing me a fortune in chiropractor bills. I went in to QSS and met Kathy. She took me around to 4 different beds to have me try out. We started at the lowest price point and moved up. I ended up buying the top of the line mattress in the store. Not because I was pressured to, but because it felt amazing! My back has slowly improved and my only issue now is I sleep through my alarm because it is just too comfortable!
I have already recommended QSS to a few people who I know are looking for a new mattress and I wouldn't hesitate recommending them to anyone. I have full confidence that this mattress will last me at least the 10 years the warranty covers, if not more. If it doesn't, I have full confidence QSS will take care of whatever issues occur, no hesitation. This has been a wonderful experience and I will not buy another mattress from anywhere else!
