I rarely leave 1 star reviews, but this one truly deserves it.
I stayed for the trial period paying around £500 a month, they were spam calling me for months prior to joining - I should've seen that as a red flag.
My account manager was completely clueless about my products & failed to target the right audiences, therefore tanked my ads and wasted a lot of money in the process.
Once I mentioned canceling to my account manager, he completely stopped replying to my emails & failed to show up to our meeting, which is the second time.
I'm still waiting for them to cancel my subscription & refund me.
I had a better experience with Xmars (now Xnurta) and will probably go back to them.

I would say I'm fairly satisfied with the software. though it has some technical discrepancies, It's very transparent and has tools that really help in some high level decision processes. Though currently an inevitable work in progress, considering our working relationship, the data derived from the software and some improvements that will be and have been made over time, I would recommend this software and company.

I have been using Quartile's Amazon PPC service for 14 months. When I started with them, my ACoS was over 30%, killing my margin. It took a few months to dial in the keywords and bidding, but eventually my rep was able to bring my ACoS down to under 20%. I have stayed on as a customer because I feel they are continuing to bring value to my company.
I started with one representative, and he stuck with me for over a year before being promoted, now I have a new rep. It's worth noting that employees stick around at Quartile. That speaks to how they treat their employees, in my opinion. I have used other PPC services before that had me meeting a new rep every few months.
