My updated experience with Quartile:
After onboarding, my partner Gustavo managed spending and Amazon ranking very well, and I was satisfied. Later, I was switched to another “expert in helping clients maximize success,” but unfortunately, my best-selling product ranking dropped drastically.
Previously, the product ranked consistently between #5–15 in its category, but it fell to #56. Although some action was taken after I raised concerns, sales volume came at the cost of profitability, and once returns were factored in, I ended up with a loss — something that has never happened in my 6 years of experience.
Now, I am struggling to get back to the sales level I had before joining Quartile.
Do I recommend it?
If your product has ~100% profit margin — yes.
If your margins are tight and require close attention to ad spend — in my opinion, this is not the right solution.
