Excellent service and support

During a recent surge in traffic our website was completely overwhelmed and unable to cope. In just a few hours Queue It were able to help us implement a queuing system for our checkout and very quickly we got things working well.

Dreadful ticketing system

Dreadful ticketing system. After queuing for 76min and waiting to be redirected to the website it crashes out. If the site can't handle a few thousand applicants for tickets, its not fit for purpose.

Please note that we only provide the queuing part of the process, so whatever happens once you have passed through the queue is beyond our control. If you experienced issues when you were redirected back to the website, you would have to get that sorted out with the ticket selling company.

Super ringe service I har budt elgiganten, jeg er på ingen måder i tvivl om at det var en ringe investering. Der må være meget salg der er gået tabt på den måde - det med lange køer, og kø-id'er der pludseligt ikke alligevel gælder efter utrolig lang tids venten!

Absolutely rubbish system with excuses of we are just controling the virtual room. Company pays you to do one job correct for them you from CEO up to workers just sell a rubbish system of simple qeue.

Absolutely terrible system

Absolutely terrible system. The whole purpose of the system is to control access to a particular website - in this situation, it was the Mirvish Website for priority tickets to Hamilton in Toronto. You sign up into the virtual waiting room and randomly assigned a number. I understood that there would be wait given the number I was. After 7 hours and seeing the number in front of me decrease to zero, it said it was "my turn" to enter the website. So, from the queue line, I get re-directed to the website and what happens? The website is NOT available because there are TOO MANY users. So, essentially, this Queue It thing totally messed up the ONE thing it's supposed to do. I kept trying to get in with my code as it kept saying it was my turn to go into the website and after 5 minutes, it says there was an error and that they were "going to look into it" but in the meantime, I was booted out and had to go back to the end of the line. Of course, by then, the queue closed because all of the tickets were sold. What a complete waste of time. Clearly, this company is incapable of doing the one thing it's supposed to do.

The inflow from the virtual waiting room to the website is handled by the company running the ticketing sale. If, however, you have any issues while you are waiting in one of our virtual waiting rooms, we are able to assist if you contact support@queue-it.com with your number in line or a screen shot of the virtual waiting room.

This is the worst queuing system. Suppose to start at 10am. Enter the page around 930am and until now 1046am still looking at the stupid Queue It message.

I recently posted a negative review on this company, which I have now removed, as almost as soon as posting it I received a message from the COO and Co-founder, Ms C LEY VALENTIN, she explained to me what her company is and what it CAN and Cannot do, they have no control over the company that issued the email to me to buy the tickets for the Lion King at Edinburgh Playhouse, I had signed up for presale tickets and did not receive my email until 4 minutes after the sale started and found I was 11,976th in the queue to buy tickets, at the end of queuing I discovered I could not get tickets for my dates,the problem is with Edinburgh Playhouse not Queue IT. Ms Ley Valentin also notified the company selling the tickets of my difficulties with their email system.
I am very happy to recommend QUEUE IT and my respect for Ms C Ley Valentin for her attention and assistance.

What a terrible service

What a terrible service, I have spent the last 2 hours trying to buy tickets from the FA via queue-it. Only to be redirected back to the site and then back to the back of the queue. This happened to me twice and by the time I'd queued for the 3rd time all the tickets had been sold and only available for rip off prices on reselling sites. I am sure queue-it is in league with these reprehensible companies to stop ordinary people getting tickets at ordinary prices.

Hold nu fast hvor fungerer det dårligt

efter mere end 8 timers kø i dag (4 gange af mere end 1 time hver gang, sidste gang 2.5 time) har jeg fundet ud af hvor elendigt jeres system er.
Skal søge kanditat, men hjemmesiden melder fejl og beder en lukke og åbne igen. Når dette gøres fortæller Queue-it at kø-nummer er brugt, og så skal jeg bag i køen igen. Rigtig flot!

I was unable to get my tickets to the…

I was unable to get my tickets to the High Museum of Art special exhibit today. I wrote to QUEUE-IT.com with an URGENT request and was told to call the museum. I was on hold with the museum for over five hours!!!!
You would think that Queue It would have taken some other action rather than telling me to call the museum. . You would think that they would have the manpower to help us consumers. It was a disaster. AND, we can only get the tickets on-line from 10am to 6pm...BUSINESS HOURS only.. How dare they do that to us. Taking our time away from our own business and personal matters. WITH NO ASSISTANCE. This is what this company is supposed to do and they have failed terribly. After 5 hours on hold on the phone is Unacceptable. Later we get a message from the museum stating:
"Today we worked through technical issues related to some member accounts. We are aware that there were some challenges and thank you for your patience. If you have any questions about the ticketing process or your member login, please reply to this email or call our Customer Service Center at 404-733-4575 starting at 10 a.m.
How terrible that a company that is supposed to make the process of getting tickets easy has failed and wont even address the consumer concerns. They just "push" it off to the originator that has paid them to do the service. The High Museum should have read the reviews before they hired Queue-it.com to take on this job.

We are sorry about your experience. The thing is that Queue-it is not a ticketing or membership system, so we cannot help with this at all, which is why we referred you to our customer (the museum). Queue-it is a software service that only provides a virtual waiting room/online queue system, so as soon as you have passed through the queue/wait, you are out of our system and we are therefore unable to check anything or help you otherwise. If you ever have any issues while you are waiting in a queue that we operate we are able to assist if you contact support@queue-it.com.
