Signed up and immediately forgot about it (severe AUDHD), my mistake, right?
Well, after being charged for the subscription fee (which I did not see on Apple and could not figure out what app/site it was for) I plead my case with the customer care.
As a disabled, working full-time, single mother of 2, I figured since they could very well see that I’d never even logged into the service -at all- I would no problem receive the (extremely needed) subscription fee refunded.
I sent a respectful request and was sent a copy/paste of “you signed up for this, you’re paying for it” response back.
Fair enough.
Can’t even say if it’s worth it, as I cannot get over the nerve.

0/10 would not recommend and would 10/10 steer clear of at all costs. If they can’t even take care of people as customers, what could they possibly make up for in tutoring?
Scam.

Scam. Take money without signing up. They ignored emails. So I reported to my bank!! Ignore at all costs

I initially subscribed through Apple Pay, but after contacting the customer support team, the issue was not resolved. you shouldn’t join this site if you don’t want to lose money without any reason

Richtlinien werden mitgeteilt wenn eine Mail zur Klärung gesendet wurde.
Hier steht dann drin das nach zwei Tagen eine monatliche Abbuchung von 22.50€ erfolgt.
In der Wallet ist eine Virtuelle Mc-Card hinterlegt???
An 3 Tagen nacheinander Versucht zu klären wie eine Abbuchung getätigt werden kann ohne Genehmigung vom User zu erhalten, ich lediglich einmal eine Telefonsuche (Wo liegt mein eigenes Android Handy?) gestartet
Es gibt kein Hinweis das nach 2 Tagen eine monatliche Abbuchung erfolgt. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit das in Apple Pay Oder in monatlichen Abos zu finden und eine Rückbuchung ist nicht möglich? Die Bank das nicht und Apple dto.
Die Antwort von Tutor gab es nachdem ich 3 Emails geschrieben mit Kündigung und erwünschter Erstattung usw.
In der Mail steht das es keine Rückerstattung gibt man gerne eine neue Zweitägige Probezeit machen!
Firma ist in Zypern angesiedelt.
Ich habe weiterhin bei der Bank Auskunft erbeten wie es möglich ist das eine Abbuchung so möglich ist, alle Konten sind mit dem Zwei Faktorverfahren abgesichert!
Am 6.2.25 erstmals aufgefallen leider die Kontoauszüge erst am 9.3.25 nach der erneuten Abbuchung angeschaut. Sorry für die lange Ausführung.

As many other reviewers, they got my wife's card details somehow and set up a subscription that she did not order. She contacted the customer service to cancel, they said they had, but the next day the subscription money was taken again. Will escalate to the fraud dept of the police

Ich kann die Erfahrungen nur bestätigen. Absolute unübersichtliche Abzocke. 0,001 EUR wird einem suggeriert und dann kommt der Hammer. "tägiges Probeabo abgeschlossen für 22,50 EUR, obwohl nie gewollt. Zum Glück ließ es sich nach Sucherei und einer Seite auf englisch sofort kündigen.

Auf der Suche nach einem speziellen Thema hatte ich von einer völlig unübersichtlichen Webseite plötzlich Quick Tutor heruntergeladen, obwohl ich dieses Tool weder wollte noch überhaupt nie nutzen werde. Nach nur 2 !!! Tagen erhielt ich die Nachricht, daß ich nun ein Abo hätte und sofort über Apple Pay 22,50 Euro zahlen solle. Selbstverständlich habe ich sofort Widerspruch eingelegt und die Abbuchung von meiner Kreditkarte zurückgefordert.

quick tutor ist ein typischer Abo-Falle bzw. Internet Abzocke. Eine Betrügermasche mit Zentrale auf Zypern bucht regelmäßig Geld ohne Gegenleistung von verschiedenen Konten ab. Die Kontodaten werden von anderen Anbieter (IKEA, Amazon etc.) gekauft oder ausspioniert.

This is a total scam. We did not subscribe but somehow they got our bank details and debited us 22.50. I emailed and they asked me to send them photographs of my applypay details, cards and emails! I sent the info to the police and the bank fraud department.

Accidentally pressed to subscribe but after a couple emails back and for they sorted a refund and cancelled my subscription with no issues

Abo Falle , unseriöses Unternehmen. Hier ist ganz klar auf Betrug aus, angeblich keine Daten zu finden, dann 0.01€ erstatten über Apple Pay um dann 2x kurz hintereinander 22,50€ abzubuchen, als Schadensfall an die Bank weitergegeben. Finger weg = weniger Nerven und Arbeit damit.
