I was able to contact their support team when I had an issue with my script at the pharmacy. They responded promptly and even called the pharmacy to work out the issue. I picked up my prescription the same day!.

Very helpful and quick. Wasn't a difficult process at all to prescribed the medicine to get started on my quitting 7 oh journey. I would recommend to anyone who has an opiate addiction to give it a shot. Was able to get a prescription send out as soon as the video chat was completed.

I have been using Quick MD for MAT/Buprenorphine for about 9-10 months now. This month is the first time I had an issue as I had to use a different provider than normal because my usual clinician was on vacation. Because I use Medicaid for my prescriptions, the clinician needed to be medicaid enrolled in my state and since the new clinician I used was not, I contacted customer service. Although it took a bit longer than I'd like (as someone who was out of my prescription for 3-4 days), they did work hard to resolve my issue and ended up sending in the appropriate prescription by an appropriate doctor and keeping me informed the whole time. I would wholeheartedly recommend Quick.MD to anyone who needs access to this genuinely life-saving care, but who, like myself, does not have access to transportation or a larger urban area to be able to receive these service in person. All clinicians I have used at this point have been friendly, thorough, and very helpful. Customer service did their best to resolve my issues quickly and thoroughly. Highly recommend.

Every aspect of this platform is amazing. Fromm the scheduling, and the care Inhave received all the way to the customer support. I have never had a complaint or a problem that wasnt resolved promptly and with kmsuch kindness. This platform has literally saved my life.

Just a follow-up after QuickMD attempted to discount my concerns in their response.
Everything I stated was accurate. There is no meaningful plan to help patients wean off MAT, even when they express a desire to do so. Physicians are compensated poorly, creating a model where the only realistic way to make the economics work is to prioritize quantity over quality.
I was fully onboard with QuickMD initially. My perspective changed after seeing firsthand how they treat not only their patients, but also the physicians providing their care.
That experience made it very clear to me that the priorities of the organization are not necessarily aligned with the best interests of the patients or the providers serving them.

Quick MD has changed my life for the better. I have been off fentanyl now since May 10th 2026. Without the help of quick MD and Suboxone I don't know where I would be. I was a heavy heavy fentanyl user for 5 years. And without quick MD I wouldn't be where I am now. They are professional they are kind not judgmental, they have empathy and compassion and that's exactly what I was looking for. I could not recommended enough to people struggling with addiction. This is definitely a place that helps zero no judgment or shame and I think those of us who struggle with addiction have dealt with shame enough. So thank you to everybody at quick MD for being so professional and making this process much easier.The service, and the staff are excellent!
