To start off the doctor was 30 min late for the telehealth appt. The doctor failed to tell me about issues with most pharmacies even filling my prescription. My appt was on a Sat, the prescription sent that afternoon. I went to pick up my prescription only for the pharmacy to tell me the doctor was not licensed in my state that I had selected when I downloaded the app. So I called that same afternoon and asked for a prescription transfer which did not happen for over 24 hours and that pharmacy would not fill the prescription either. So I contacted customer support again and they told me that CVS, Walgreens and Walmart usually will NOT fill prescriptions sent over by their doctors. I can NOT understand why the doctor did NOT warn me about this. So I had to call again, which every time I call it's an hour long process. I asked for the prescription to be sent to the ONLY other pharmacy in this city. That was Sunday early evening, Monday was a holiday so I expected my prescription to be called in Tuesday morning. It is now 1pm on Tuesday and the prescription has NOT been called in yet. I asked for an estimation on when it would be called in their response was to wait for an email, AGAIN! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE IT IS A JOKE. Not to mention the doctor would only write my prescription for a 7 day supply when I have been on this medication for years. She told me to make another appt in 7 days for a refill which is naturally another $100

Quick md is the best i recommend quick md to everybody there the best in there field of work ive always had five star service and ne er had a bad experience

Quick MD is the best! The doctors are pretty much available anytime of the day going until midnight and then up again at 6am. If I don't have the opportunity to see my last doctor because they do not have an available appointment during my schedule I can schedule with another doctor who, reviews my chart thoroughly and asks good questions to ensure I am doing well with my medications and that they assist my lifestyle.

This company was fantastic all the way up until today when I drove 3 hours to my appointment only to find out that there is an error with the appointment. I walked in to the place that is at a random hotel and was told nothing was scheduled so I got in touch with the people on the app just to be told by Anne P that it was my fault because they don't have the pop-up clinic during the day she couldn't answer me on how I was able to select the dates also pay for the date. When I asked for my money for the appointment and preferably gas money I was told it was against policy. I almost left the company but I'm glad that Jane E answered the next chat because Anne P didn't want to help or explain anything and when she was through she ended the chat while I was typing . Jane got me a refund for my doctors visit and a credit for $20 I feel like she did the best she could do and she's the only reason I'm staying. I'm still not happy with having to spend over 6 hours on the road for a appointment that never existed having to deal with a rude woman just because I wanted some kinda refund after paying for the doctor's visit and around $70 in gas.

Quick MD and the doctor I have used have been absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend.

Great service, that otherwise would not be practically available to me due to my circumstances. Customer service can be ineffectual - so know that going in - sometimes you have to just pony up for another MD visit slot and request a credit(or not). The MD’s are excellent! p.s. make sure that your MD is licensed AND *located* in your state to save yourself trouble.

Very easy to make an appt. I ended up cancelling mine and was able to receive a refund easily.

So I love, love my new dr based on the two visits I’ve had w/her. She was very understanding, kind, courteous, and not to mention helpful as she could be. I’m currently in a pretty bad situation though now, I accidentally threw my brand new box of estrogen patches away in the trash only missing one patch out of the box. The box is very light and due to my A.D.H.D that I suffer, meaning getting distracted very easily, all it takes is someone asking me a simple question while I’m completely the simplest task is all it takes to throw my new box away along with the old one. I did notify customer service more than 24 hrs ago. Even though they haven’t resolved my huge issue yet, customer service has been more than kind, and understanding in getting my messages to the drs team! They’ve kept me updated at least in this process and with the progress. This is a very stressful situation and I’m just glad they’ve been so understanding and supportive throughout so far. I’m hopeful they will resolve my issue soon. They at least keep me updated and lmk that they are there for anything else in the meantime.

This is an amazing app. Its super quick and super easy. My appointments literally take less than 2 minutes and there's always availability. The support team is also amazing. Almost always available and they have always taken care of everything I've asked for. Pharmacy transfers, paperwork that I've needed for work to show that im on a stable dose and that it doeant affect my ability to perform safety sensitive functions, etc.. If you are on Suboxone then this is the easiest and best way to get your medicine. No drug tests or extra BS. Highly recommend.
