Do not use this service for HRT treatment for perimenopause / menopause. They say one thing but it's all lies. Every situation in which they benefit, happens fast. Every situation that you need help, no help. Their website says if your medication order is paid before 4 pm, it will process the same day. I had my virtual appt with the doctor on 8/5/2026 at 8:10 am. She ordered progesterone and testosterone. I went on the app and paid for it right after so I would say at 9 am. It is now Saturday and the pharmacy is closed and no one actually doing anything to fix the situation. I called the pharmacy and they said they never got the order. When I choose the live chat option, it's not live chat with a real person. It's ai and the only thing they say is the same thing the live person I talked to on the phone on Friday which is I have escalated the situation and we will get this fixed immediately. I have asked for a full refund. That hasn't happened either. This place is either in over their heads with their capability to provide what they promise or they are a scam.

The Dr's are very understanding and dont judge you for your past they are kind and they have saved my life in more ways than one and I appreciate each and every one of them!!

Using quick md has made my life so much easier knowing I could consult with a dr over the phone and not have to take the time out of my busy work schedule or personal life to try and set an appointment with a primary care Dr. I highly recommend Dr. Cristina Ipatti if she is an option for a Dr to visit with. She was very informative and so kind and made me feel comfortable talking to her about what was going on with out judgement! If you have any issues in your process the care team (support) is so on top of it and they communicate with you every step of the way!

Dr Gu listens and takes my concerns seriously. The support staff are awesome as well highly recommend this service for anybody wanting to get their life straightened out.

No one to call when I ran into rx issues. All you can do is interact with Ai. That is trash. Its 3 days since my Dr appointment and I still don't have my subs and have now fallen back off the wagon due to no meds. Phukkkk this place.

How easy and quick like quickmed my issues were resolved when at first I thought I was walking into a hornets nest

These people are truly remarkable! They will go over and beyond to help others! If you want to get care from them it is money well spent!! The staff is so kind they answer all your questions and work to accommodate you in every way!!

They first sent my prescription over to cvs who then refused to fill it because it is a tele health prescription??? Thats nonsense! This is very upsetting and has ruined my whole week!! I also had to pay extra for another doctor because there was no response to CVS not filling Rx due to “unable to reach doctor” So I had to make another appt spend another 100 dollars plus extra for shipping and FED EX doesnt know were the package is!! I have the tracking number I told them what happened .nothing!!! What sn I supposed to do!!!!!! Ill let you know if I ever even receive the package
Quick MD said they shipped it but fed ex says its delayed and lost. I dont if Ill ever get mu meds. I have failec back surgery so Im in pain .I want my money back!!! I have the tracking number snd its says the package is delayed due to unknown reasons!!!!

Well I came here to get help and and that's what I I've gotten!
Their quick and on point with everything, doctor's are great support staff is great very nice and friendly,if you have a problem with your pharmacy they will fix it promptly usually within minutes!
If you want help kicking the opiate devil 👿 I promise you, give em a call you want be disappointed!!

I am very impressed with the service at quick MD. I’m always able to make same-day appointments and receive phenomenal care. I had an issue with the billing department today. I was able to get it resolved within 20 minutes of talking with a customer support specialist. It is wonderful to be working with a company that actually cares about their patients.
