Don't risk it. Theft

I would not recommend. I ordered £99 worth of clothing. I returned all clothing. I was refunded £99 for the clothing but an additional charge of £80.05 was taken on the same day. No one is replying to me regarding this payment so I am having to go through my bank. Poor customer service.

He realizado la compra de un Néoprene. El día en que lo recibí, verifiqué que el producto se encontraba con una rotura en la espalda. Inicié el reclamo y me solicitaron fotografías, las cuales envié. Nunca más recibí respuesta. Inicié un nuevo reclamo y no he recibido respuesta hace más de 20 días. Me veo forzado a realizar la devolución directamente del producto, pero honestamente la atención me ha parecido mala. El
Producto que he comprado es de €360 aproximadamente, y no solo pierdo mi tiempo intentando contactarlos, sino mi dinero.

Trabajan con Seur que siempre que han ido a repartir algo en casa han dicho que no estaba presente y si que estaba y finalmente han mandado mi pedido a un punto de recogida, ya me ha pasado dos veces y cuando reclamo a Quiksilver después de casi un mes esperando respuesta primero me dicen que dan por hecho que se ha solucionado sola la disputa que sí no es así vuelva a escribir, vuelvo a escribir y me dicen que no pueden hacer nada. Con lo cual no pierdas tu tiempo, no se puede considerar un servicio al cliente realmente.

Pedido perdido, no puedo hacer reclamacion a la compañia de transporte porque no soy el remitente.
No hay manera de contactar con ellos a ninguno de sus telefonos, solo sale que estan ocupados.
Al correo electronico tampoco contestan. Solo en llamadas me han cobrado 15€ mi compañia de telefono porque son de tarificacion especial.

Poor durability and disappointing customer service
I purchased a pair of Quiksilver sandals in November 2024. After very limited use, the sole started separating and seams came loose. This is not what I would expect from a brand like Quiksilver.
My warranty claim was reviewed multiple times and ultimately rejected as “normal wear and tear,” without any meaningful technical explanation or alternative solution (repair, replacement, or goodwill).
The product quality was disappointing, but the handling of the complaint was even more so. Based on this experience, I would think twice before buying again.

Their customer service is non-existent and despite 3 attempts to contact them regarding an issue with my order (ordered 6 items and only 2 ended up being in stock and they still tried to charge me full shipping and duty charges), I never heard back and had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Only then, did this terrible Company respond trying to keep the charge intact. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ONLINE.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. An incorrect tracking and packaging code was sent, half of the order was never delivered, and there is no way to get in contact with them. I lost my money because I’m unable to return anything.

Quikbuck!

This customer experience has been awful! Other than an incompetent generic automated response I’ve had no specific help with my problem. I’ve had no one from the ‘team’ contacting me after I requested further help. Once Quiksilver have your money they’re obviously happy to ignore you and kick back. Time to up your game Quiksilver because there are businesses out there doing it better than you and you can be rest assured that I won’t be shopping with you again!

Worst company ever to do business with. Customer service may as will be AI because they are no help at all. Their discount codes that were received in an email, did not even work the same or following day. Their excuse is terrible except they can do nothing. Buy from Amazon or other companies that actually care about their customers. Do not Waste Your Time!

Warranty is a joke to them

My zipper of my snow pants broke i opend a ticket, where I gave photos and every details and the contacted me said the need the photos eventhought I gave them the photos in the ticket. I gave them the Photos again and without any sollution they closed the Ticket and now I stand here with a 500$ Highline Pro 3L GORE-TEX witch is broken and I can't use anymore absolut scam

Quicksilver fell off. CHEAP LOW QUALITY WETSUITS FROM THAILAND

Zippers aren’t water proof and unlikely to last a season.

Quicksilver fell off. Absolute Trash – Don’t Waste Your Money.

Bought what looked like a decent wetsuit — turns out it’s just another cheap import from Thailand slapped with a big-name logo. The zipper seized up after barely any use, and worse — it’s not even waterproof. What kind of wetsuit can’t handle water?

To top it off, the Quiksilver label literally fell off. You’d get more durability from a garbage bag and duct tape. Don’t expect this thing to last a season, let alone hold up in real surf conditions.

Avoid at all costs — these are cut-rate wetsuits pretending to be premium. You’re paying for branding and getting junk that belongs in the bargain bin.

Pedido realizado el día 30/05/25, no habiendo llegado a día de hoy, 03/07/25, tardan en contestar a los email y cuando lo hacen, no te dan solución alguna.
Si intentas contactar telefónicamente, te tienen 15 minutos de espera y te cortan la llamada.
Servicio pésimo.

Buyer Beware! (Stay away, far away)
I ordered the Surfsilk Hawaii Fade 20" Boardshorts size 32 from Quicksilver. They were so large that I measured the waist and it's over 33 inches. The string tie does nothing to reduce the size of the waist. I can exchange the shorts for $7.50. When you consider these shorts were made in China for pennies, their return policy is terrible. Calling customer service they said that they would 'refund' the restocking fee; but, I don't trust this company. Are all 'surf' companies this deceptive?

I am so excited to see Quicksilver’s brand disappear. Bought a pair of men’s flip flops navy color - absolutely garbage quality. YOU GUYS STAINED MY FRICKEN BATHTUB + HOUSE FLOOR THANKS TO YOUR HORRIBLE QUALITY. All the color of the flip flop transfers to my feet and that goes to anything else my feet touch when I’m not using these flip flops. I’M NEVER BUYING ANYTHING FROM YOU GUYS AGAIN. FIRST & LAST PURCHASE. Thanks for not having the integrity to actually sell quality products. Thanks for being so short-sighted to see that reducing the quality of your products means you’ll make money in the short term, but lose longterm customers + contribute to the waste of the planet. Forget about your brand. I’ll be throwing these out.

The Worst!!

The Worst!!! I hardly ever leave bad reviews because if I have a bad experience, I usually just refuse to patronize said establishment again. BUT, I have to post this... I purchased several items (over $300) from the Quicksilver store that is located inside of the Blue Mall in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, in early May, one of those items was a pair of slides. After only 2 weeks, the slides blew apart while I was walking on the beach one day. I went back to the store in the mall to exchange for a new pair. The lady in the store called her manager to get the okay to make the exchange since I did not have my "paper"receipt; I did however have electronic proof from my credit card transaction history. They said that this was not good enough and wouldn't exchange the damaged slides for a new pair! I reached out to their customer support department hoping to get this rectified and here was their response: "Quiksliver Customer Support

First of all, who hangs onto a receipt for clothing items once you've tried them on and felt no reason to return or exchange any of the items? This isn't an appliance or electronic device! Secondly, this is not a case of a simple, I don’t like this product or this item doesn’t fit, it’s about a defective product that bears your name! As a business owner in the vacation rental space, I will make it a priority to notify not just my clients but also the clients of my business partners, to never support the Quicksilver brand again.

Baddest customer service ever!!

After 4 weeks I still have not received my order and do not believe the package will ever be delivered.... Multiple attempts to reach customer service, both by email and phone, have resulted in nothing. It is impossible to get in touch with a live person.
