Good value for money
Meals are tasty and easy to prepare. Quality of ingredients is usually good. Sometimes more vegetables would be good. Great for larger families.

I have been getting Quite Like meals for over 12mths now and I love the variety. Every week there is something new to choose from and the quality is great.Delivered to your door, no hassels of going shopping. Also easy to order on their app. I definitely recommend them..

Using QuiteLike for over a year…!
We’ve been using QuiteLike for over a year now and think it’s great. Things we’ve loved include: slightly larger protein portions than other similar companies; huge range of recipes - most without additional $$ required (a BIG defining difference to similar companies); high quality ingredients that are often served in their own packaging & aren’t skimped on (eg/ they’re not provided exactly 11 cubes of feta in a generic bag, they send the actual brand in an actual size); the recipe cards are beautiful and incredibly clear. We don’t have to search for the important details - like the time to prepare the meal - because they’ve clearly used professional designers with the end-user in mind, ie/ the customer! We genuinely love them, and I have 3 kids that cook these meals every week, along with the adults. So we need clear and simple instructions, which are provided. My ONLY gripe, is that at some point over the last few months, likely in response to increasing cost of living, mince began replacing what used to be “strips” of meat (whether that was pork, beef, or something else) more regularly. While we don’t mind minced meat occasionally, we don’t want to eat it every meal (sorry, we aren’t a tofu family!). Would love it if this could go back to the strips or similar in a wider selection of meals. We’re over the mince, but LOVE QuiteLike!! Make that change and you’re worthy of 5 stars team!

For the most part we’ve been more than…
For the most part we’ve been more than happy with our meals. There have only been a couple of occasions when we were missing ingredients. There is plenty of choice of meals and quality has so far been excellent.

Some of the recipes are awesome
Some of the recipes are awesome. Others are less so. As a vegetarian, there is a lot of repetition. And the fresh produce is sometimes already wilted when it arrives (e.g. spring onions, Chinese broccoli, coriander).

Service is slipping
Service is slipping, no where as good as when we started. Although they have expanded what can be ordered, menu cards are missing, ingredients are missing and customer service has gone backwards. Meals are still good.

delicious, easy but could be a bit more configurable
The meals are regularly delicious and reasonably simple to make in a good amount of time. We would love some more granularity over preferences, eg choosing how many meals are meat vs veg, ingredients to avoid etc. Without choosing each individual meal there are still great ways to customize what is sent. Sometimes ingredients are missing but they always refund us.

Quality is rubbish
I used quite like when they first established and it was great but slowly the portion sizes reduced and the quality of the vegetables and freshness of the meats became terrible. I felt like I was complaining every week with an issue and having to go to the grocery store to repurchase items to make the meals which defeated the purpose. Eventually I cancelled as it was a waste of time and money. About a year on I decided to try again and see if they have improved as getting the fly buys points is good. First box arrived yesterday and went to make the first meal tonight and once again the same issues! Vegetables were so rotten the cucumber slipped out of my hand trying to take it out of the bag, revolting! And the date on the salmon doesn’t even last until Friday. Another waste of time and money but I still have to accept next weeks box because the money is taken out a week in advance! Food budget for this fortnight depleted so looks like my dog is getting salmon and the family is eating 2 minute noodles.

Customer First attitude could improve
Their loyalty program which is only Flybuys points, did not register my membership number the first time I started ordering with them and I have ordered from them for 22 weeks straight. When I noticed the error and asked them if they could credit me back for the points missed they said no. A very unusual "customer first" organisation in this day. Will be trying another service shortly.
