Quizell is absolutely amazing! I have this installed on almost all of my stores and have had great success with it. The support of the team is also 100% and I just find the ease of use in setting up a quiz to be highly efficient for such great Results.

Great app overall. The quiz setup was intuitive and the customization options allowed us to match our brand's look perfectly. The results logic worked as expected - our customers received relevant product recommendations reliably. We had some hiccups in the beginning with that, but the team was responsive and friendly, quickly resolved our questions and helped us develop/optimize the quiz flow. Highly recommend for any Shopify store wanting to improve user engagement and conversion.

Creating a quiz for promo of my services, my experience working with Quizell has been excellent! A simple quiz is no issue. Quizell also offers many options for more complicated quiz. Any questions I faced, the customer service was superb! Easy to set an appointment, patient with my lack of technical terminology, and offered a detailed explanation. Even offered to show me step-by-step how to make any adjustments for my desired goal for the quiz. The Quizell quiz also linked easily and seamlessly with my website. Highly recommend!

Great service, they put in hard work and test everything they know untill they find a solution!
I had a issue and it was hard to fix but they did not wait on the software team, they tried everything that was in their reach and eventually fixed it without any help!
Great app and it is about to become even more great! This is going to be a new era of mobile navigation.

Best quiz app in the market. I used few quizzes app and Quizell is the best by far!! it had all the functionality we need, amazing drag and drop editor, smoothly integration with our Shopify website, HubSpot CRM and Yotpo. I totally recommend Quizell, there funnels help us collect more data and bring more sales!

I needed a quiz for my website and came across Quizell. It was easy to set up - user friendly for sure.
But just as important for me was - the customer service. I am pretty good at tech but I still get confused sometimes or have questions and Omri was so quick to respond to my chat.
He helped me on multiple occasions and was kind, helpful and professional. He would even give me screen shots of things - which helped me because I am a visual learner.
I highly recommend this company!

Regarding the experience I had with your service, I have to express my displeasure with a few key issues that significantly affected my overall opinion. First, the service simply does not meet my requirements. I expected professionalism and quality, but what I got was far from that. The problems started already with the login which was incredibly slow. The application process, which should be quick and easy, took too long, which immediately caused frustration and loss of trust.
Furthermore, the solution that was offered to my problem was poorly made. Instead of feeling like my problems were solved, I felt like I wasted even more time trying to understand and correct the solution offered. The quality of work was below expected standards and the lack of attention to detail was evident.
Overall, the experience was disappointing. From the slow application process to the poor quality solution, it is clear that your service did not meet my expectations. I hope you will take this feedback into consideration and work on improvements to avoid similar issues in the future. It is important to ensure that each user receives a service that is fast, efficient and in accordance with high quality standards.
This is just my opinion, maybe it is very useful for other users, unfortunately your service is not for me.
