Seit über 5 Wochen warte ich auf meine Rückerstattung. Trotz Bestätigung von UPS das die Ware zugestellt wurde ist die Rückerstattung meiner Kaufsumme noch nicht erfolgt. Ganz schlechter Support und absolut keine Empfehlung. Ich werde die Firma definitiv nicht weiterempfehlen und auch nie wieder etwas bestellen. Die Bestätigung liegt vor das die Ware zurückgesandt und zugestellt wurde und Quoc prüft immer noch.

We completely appreciate how disappointing it is to wait this long for a refund, especially when the parcel has been confirmed as delivered by UPS.
Please rest assured this is not the experience we aim to provide, and your feedback has been taken seriously.
Unfortunately, due to a recent rise in fraudulent return claims, we are required to conduct additional internal checks with our warehouse and, in some cases, follow up directly with the courier to verify the return. This process can sometimes extend the timeline by up to 30 days, particularly when courier confirmation or clarification is delayed, as has been the case here.
We absolutely understand that this isn’t ideal, but these steps are in place to help protect both our customers and our business. We truly apoloiges for the delay this has caused in your case.
That said, we have now pushed your refund request through manually, and it has since been processed. Please allow 2–5 working days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Quick delivery. Great fit. I did use the size guide and this has worked well for me. Shoes I would say are true to size. Would have liked to have arch support options in with the shoes. But overall a good experience so far.

The day after I had a set of new spikes delivered in the other side of Europe by express mail, warranty offer. Couldn't be more satisfied with the nice and super efficient assistance.

QUOC's shoes and service are in line with them being a performance oriented brand. Their brand value align with real world experience.
I own a pair of Grand tourer XC (gravel) & a pair of the new M3 Pro's (road). Had some questions in which the support team were able to handle very quickly. After receiving the new M3 Pro's, I not only look better on the bike, but also feel better on the bike (being able to put down power for longer durations) compared to previously tested S-works & DMT shoes.
