“In-stock” item still hasn’t arrived after 39 days…

Placed an order over a month ago and it still hasn’t arrived. Took them near a month for them to tell me it’s shipped, & they do some weird double shipping method that makes it super delayed for no reason. This was for a bday present & will now be way past the birthday.
FIND A US VENDOR AND BUY FROM THEM.

The product is good like I love my Neo ergo, but the buying experience from QK is kinda ridiculous. For a parts item that was in stock supposedly ready to ship, No ETA provided, takes super long to start shipping & then the shipping is way slower than anything I’ve experienced in the last 5-6 years. I also won’t be recommending the ergo now since they discontinued the wrist rests.

Great Products, But Customer Support Needs Improvement

I really love the quality of the keyboards and accessories from QuertyKeys — the design, feel, and performance of the products are excellent and honestly stand out in this price range. The build quality is solid, and the overall experience of using the gear has been great.

However, I did have a frustrating experience with customer support. When I reached out with questions, the responses felt unfriendly and not very helpful, which was disappointing. I’d love to see improvements here because the products deserve support that’s just as good.

Overall, I’m happy with what I bought and would recommend QuertyKeys for the hardware alone — I just hope they work on making their customer service more approachable and responsive in the future.

Recieved a faulty PCB for my QK101. The help i recieved was to just put different switches in? Doesnt do anything. Their discord is filled with moderators that have a huge ego and white knight their kittens in the server.

They're extremely incompetent and incapable of giving timely responses to tickets.

Bought a qk101 but the pcp came faulty

Bought a qk101 but the pcb came faulty. They told me fix it with some tweezers and send them video proof. I did but them saying to use tweezers and my keys not working is basically saying its not working and im going to make your life hard. Do yourself a favor and dont buy anything with them because if it doesn't work out the box, you're going to have file a charge back. All the mods on the discord servers are shills and delete bad reviews

$200 spent for waiting

$200 spent for waiting. 6 days after purchase, still not shipped, but they say “express delivery”. No after-sale info, no contact person, no support, nothing. Do not buy, do not support, stay away!

Terrible Keyboard – Do Not Buy

I bought a keyboard from QwertyKey.ro around October 10, 2024, and it’s a disaster. It connects with USB 2.4G, but the connection is unstable. It disconnects often. Also, when I press one key, it types many times — for example, I press "E" and it types "EEEEE". The keyboard layout changes by itself, and I can't fix it. I tried everything, but the problem keeps coming back. Very poor quality and not worth the money. I do not recommend QwertyKey.ro at all.

Terrible customer service - QWERTY keys is a greedy company

I was so excited to order my first EVO keyboard that I've waited so long for. Unfortunately, QwertyKey's customer experience is greedy and I can no longer support them.

Qwerty Keys sent me the wrong item and when I contacted customer support, they offered me $30 when the keyboard I ordered was $175 value. What a slap in the face. Mind you, this was THEIR mistake. I politely declined and asked for the item I originally ordered or a different keyboard of equal or lesser value. They instead offered me $50, still less than 1/3 the value of the item I originally ordered. Again, I politely declined. We ended up settling on a refund AND I have to send them back the wrong item I received. Worst experience ever with a greedy company. At the end of the day, they could have just sent me the item I ordered, but no. Now we have to wait for another shipping label so I can ship this board back to them, and wait for my refund once they receive the board they incorrectly sent. Qwerty Keys is a leading seller for custom keyboards, but are stingy and unable to be accountable for their mistakes and want their customers to pay.

Rude Customer Service

The moderators in the discord are beyond rude, really unprofessional, they berate customers if you question anything like hey, is it possible to get more granular updates? Poor tone for customer service + threaten to increase the price just for offering feedback like that, never had a more insulting experience at a retailer in my life.

All round the best budget keyboard option in the market

I have purchased from this company consistently since their first keyboard launch years ago and own every single board that has been on sale. It's safe for me to say that the quality of their keyboards is great and the pricing is plenty reasonable too. I'd recommend QK/Neo keyboard to anyone who is interested in getting into the hobby. This company offers the best Quality to Price ratio in the market for sure. I also want to mention that I needed help with getting my keyboards to work couple of times. All I did was getting on to their Discord. There are so many helpful people in the community who are ready to help. Plenty of resources are available on their Discord and also on the website. It was a bit tricky to navigate at first but after a few times, it makes more sense or I just asked people on Discord where to find things. Another important mention, if you're looking for a mechanical keyboard, this company stocks their keyboard parts for yearssss. You can buy replacement or more parts later on unlike most other companies in this hobby that basically if your keyboard breaks, you're done for cause no replacement parts available. So yeah. Qwertykeys keyboards tick all the right boxes for me. I'm happy to recommend them to anyone.

DO NOT BUY FROM QWERTKEYS!!!

Definitely a no,my keyboard broke after 1 month of usage and it has been a month and a week since i sent it for replacement.They sent it back the same as I sent it,even worse and they aren't currently answering their phone

Acceptable Quality Standard generic.

I bought a mechanical keyboard in a group-buy because in Europe they are not able to ship it. After waiting for so long, I discover a scratch over the case (which wasn't noticeable under natural light, but on artificial one – the lamp). They are not willing to offer me a replacement because the product was assembled. They are playing around generic Acceptable Quality Standard without offer a proper solution. I work in a hi tech company where we have a lot of enthusiastic, they didn't lost one customer, but many others.

We have the Acceptable Quality Standard displayed on every product page to ensure customers understand the quality standard before making a purchase. A customized mechanical keyboard is different from other electronics that are ready to use out of the box. Users need to assemble the keyboard themselves, which can lead to potential damage during this process. That's why our warranty doesn't cover cosmetic imperfections once the keyboard is assembled. This has also been clearly stated in the Quality Standard. However, if you can provide an unboxing video or pictures showing the scratch was there upon arrival, we'll be happy to provide a replacement.

I am really sorry the delivery took longer then expected. Over Christmas unfortunately Royal Mail struggle with the post, and much to our dismay it is out of our hands. Thankfully, it is a rare occurrence but we understand even the 1 time is 1 too many, and we apologise.
