I haven't made a claim so I can not…
I haven't made a claim so I can not comment on that but I can say that it is so easy to access documents and renew my policy. The policy renewal is emailed early enough for me to research and compare companies if I desired, but I feel the price I paid was reasonable so didn't feel the need to do so. Thank you.

RAC have started the online insurance
RAC have started the online insurance - so you start and manage your insurance online. All sounds good, until you come to renew or cancel. The renewal quote was extortionate and even more ridiculous is the cancellation fee - at £45. Because of the renewal quote alone I was forced to look elsewhere so the cancellation fee was unavoidable. The CEO needs to stop signing off every email like he actually cares.

I find the online service very unstable. It keeps telling me that the system is ‘temporarily unavailable’ (always). I have been able to download the docs for my SAAB but have never been able to access the docs for my Jaguar — even though they both appear on the same page for downloading.
More work needs to be done on your online service.

Good car insurance product.
I received car insurance quotes from an online comparison site, and settled on the RAC one. The RAC have made the whole online process of accepting the quote, and filling in the application for insurance very easy. My paper documents came quickly, even though the insurance is an online only product. I am very satisfied with the price of the insurance, and the entire process.

It was easy to take out the policy with RAC as they came up as one of the cheapest insurance companies on the comparison site. No problem with paying and getting my paperwork online. See how they come out next year when the renewal is due. Will they still be as favourable to an existing customer as they to a new one?

This is one of the most easiest ways for me for my insurance. As soon as I'd chose RAC all the information that I received was there and easy to see online. Very simple to use and something that actually suits my needs.

Car insurance renewal was very high…
Car insurance renewal was very high with current insurers. Got quote from comparison website and RAC car insurance was quoted half of what, I was paying . This including an additional driver with less than a year licence.
