my initial quote had risen by over £100…
my initial quote had risen by over £100 on the previouse year,i telephoned and was given a more realistic quote which was about £90 less,so i accepted and conformed my renewal,which was to happen about14 days later,however when i recieved my renewal/policy details i had been charged the original quote and £93 extra had been taken from my cc account,i then had to phone again about the overcharge,this was settled immidiatly and refunded...

Web site only option to get car insurance you cant speak to anybody so not sure if I got a good deal or not.
Few times the web site crashed which got annoying the third time.
