Web site only option to get car insurance you cant speak to anybody so not sure if I got a good deal or not.
Few times the web site crashed which got annoying the third time.

The adviser I spoke to was very helpful and knowledgeable, and suggested products that were useful, and actually helped reduce the cost of the plan.
