Great to deal with, had 11sqm of kiln dried pallet wood delivered directly to site as fast as anything. Kept in communication at all points. Will 100% be using again

Excellent service and very thoughtful seller
My experience with Rackerman has been excellent from the very beginning. I first got in touch via Marketplace with Connor, who was extremely helpful and responsive, providing clear and professional information and guiding me through the initial enquiry.
From there, Seb also became involved and both of them were consistently supportive throughout the whole process. Communication was clear, detailed, and professional at every stage, from pricing and specifications through to confirming that everything had been received. Their level of care and follow-up really stood out.
The product itself fully meets my requirements and expectations. I had compared prices with several other suppliers, and Rackerman offered a very reasonable price for the quality provided. The build quality is excellent and exactly as described.
Overall, a highly professional company with great customer service and high-quality products. A big thank you to both Connor and Seb — I would happily recommend Rackerman and will definitely use them again.

Asked for 4 specific cut lengths. Arrived late (DX at fault) two lengths wrong depth and one length not cut (had to do this onsite in a kitchen, less than ideal job).
