Not what I would call heavy duty, the MDF shelves are very flimsy.

(relatively) easy to assemble - a pair of pliers is essential.
Strong and sturdy product that fits perfectly into my new shed.
Would definitely buy again but hopefully these "will see me out"!
For the price, quality and finish they
can not be beaten and gladly recommend this product to all domestic shoppers and small businesses.

Great racking! Super quality and easy to put together.
When we started shopping around for racking for an outbuilding, we were very sceptical about companies offering units with 3.5mm MDF shelving. Err, hello? That's way too puny. Fortunately, Racking Solutions 400kg UDL system has half-inch chipboard and centre support struts, which many of the others don't offer. That was enough to get us to order, and we're really pleased with the result, easy to put together (rubber mallet required) and very, very sturdy!

Your sub contractors you use for…
Your sub contractors you use for delivery failed to deliver my items on time, stated I had received items by name ,a lie, made numerous excuses for not delivering, gave different dates and times. I cancelled my order with yourselves and requested a full refund,same day a delivery driver turned up with two small boxes not even full order. I had work that needed to be completed on time and as a result of your sub contractors this gig not happen. I was not offered any compensation by yourselves.

The item has not yet been delivered.
The courier said the item was damaged and couldn't be delivered.
I called the office the day before yesterday, and they said they'd contact the courier and get back to me, but I haven't heard anything yet.

The racking was delivered two days…
The racking was delivered two days after ordering. It took me just under 2 hours to build, it is very sturdy and does not need securing to the wall. The only slight problem I had was with the tabs on the cross beams with a build up of paint making it difficult to fit but soon rectified it with a file. Reading other reviews regarding the MDF shelves I gave them 2 coats of sealer. I am really pleased with the racking, very good quality.

Very Poor Service
I ordered a pallet of racking on a 1/2 day delivery. After the second day had pasted, I received a message to say it had been delivered. This was obviously not true. I called the supplier and informed it had been damaged in transit and was now out of stock. I was then told I would received my delivery the following Thursday. I called the company on Wednesday to confirm the delivery for Thursday, only to be told once again there had been a delay and I was going to receive the goods Tuesday the following week.

We completely understand how disappointing it must have been to order on a 1–2 day delivery service and then face multiple delays and unclear communication regarding delivery dates. To clarify, there were unfortunately two factors that impacted your order. Firstly, there was a transit issue involving damage, which affected the initial fulfilment. In addition to this, we also experienced delays in receiving stock into our warehouse due to wider supply chain disruptions. This has been further impacted by the current situation affecting shipping routes in the region near Iran, which has caused significant delays across multiple shipments into the UK.
That said, we fully appreciate that none of this changes the experience you had, and we are very sorry for the repeated changes to your delivery expectations. We understand how frustrating this must have been and we are actively working with our logistics partners to improve communication and reduce delays wherever possible.
