I purchased an update for my repeater dr 3000 and it didn't work. When I contacted the company, they didn't answer my question. It was a very bad experience.

I would like to apologise but as explained in the 4th email sent to you during our conversation your Motorola CPS software is out of date. By our conversation on multiple email your radio has updated using the firmware you recieved from us. But your CPS is out of date. We even offered you a discount code to save 50% on the latest CPS. I understand you are frustrated at purchasing something else after your original purchase. I wish you all the best in future and if you do want the software at the price just get in touch via email and we will send you a new discount code.
