Raffie was very friendly and provided a great service, would recommend and rent vehicles from again when needed :)))

I rented a 10 seater from Raffie Transport for a family holiday to Penang. So super glad I picked Raffie Transport.
The van was exactly as described, in excellent condition and so comfortable
The icing on the cake was the excellent service. Every question I had pre-booking was answered immediately, pleasantly and patiently. Van was dropped off & picked up at my doorstep.
Raffie Transport is going to be my go to for van hire/transport from here on.

Easy to deal with and worth the price. Great service 👍

AVOID THIS COMPANY
Our family prepaid for an airport van. But it never arrived. Leaving us stranded at KLIA.
After we posted honest reviews, the company toll us we will only receive our refund back if we deleted them.
Extremely unreliable and unprofessional. Please do not trust this company.

We used this company for airport and hotel transportation in both Singapore and Bali. Always available over watsapp ensuring our details and pick-up, drop-off are completed on time and in good manner. Excellent customer service. Drivers are good and good quality cars. Cannot complain. Thank you to them.
