I won a Selfridges Easter Egg, but waited a long time for it to arrive. I contacted Raffolux to ask for their help. Their agent Holly, advised they had problems with the delivery company. I have, today, received an amount into my bank as recompense. I am delighted by Holly's professional and friendly communications. Very happy with the outcome.

I could not understand what this company is all about and it gave me the feeling that it was not genuine. Considering the priced they put forward for as little as £1, they were oo good to be true.

Waiting for the last lot of entered raffles to be drawn and am out.. Absolute waste.. When you do win it's peanuts.. Not even salted.. Or sugared.. 99%of the time the wins are a tiny fraction and in site credit therefore the only winners are them. I thought these might be fairer but no.. gambling sites are gambling sites and there to simply take money!

I have recently joined this company, and have noticed that they have taken random transactions from my account.
Cannot believe this, currently in contact with my bank , to recover this, but will no longer use them , so be aware.

Edit April 23rd 2026)) went to their site today and would you believe it ALL the people I mentioned weeks ago below all won a raffle each on the same night yet AGAIN last night and one of those had tens of thousands of tickets once again.. go have a look at their results and see for yourself.... Read my review because you need to save your money. This really is a scam site. Sometimes they may let someone win who knows but tell me this.. 'Jayne K' has won a ridiculous amounts of competitions in short space of time which is highly suspicious in itself even ones where raffolux would say more tickets you have the more chance but really that person also won one of their free raffles where your only allowed 1 ticket out of a possible 4,999 and still won that one too?? And it's same story with "Osama D" , "John C" and "Jasmin H" and "samantha p" .. literally go and look right now at their draw results and see what I mean for yourself - one of them literally won three raffles same night where one raffle had tens of thousands of tickets and they say that's luck of the draw??? Really? Used to be a great site where you actual stood a chance of winning. But since they overhauled it somehow it's literally the same people over and over and over. That's not luck of the draw that's a clear indicator something is going wrong. And also they don't let you set any spending limit whatsoever which is very very irresponsible particularly if your registered on gamstop of which I know someone that is and he has still been allowed to spend hundreds. They have also changed the prices and massively lowered the chance of winning for example one of their draws used to have 1,999 tickets now it has 4,999 but still same people manage to win that as well. I would suggest the fairer site called jammy comps. Even trust pilot themselves state above that "this company is using trust pilot in a misleading way" .. Please trust my review. I'm about to delete my account and report them for no safety gambling tools and for being corrupt. Something isn't right.

I've got the app been on it, but as yet that's as far ass I've gone then came off it. I will go on soon and give it ago.
