Very easy to use, if you win cash, you get it with an immediate transfer. The only site where I have won multiple times! Everyone is really kind and genuine so I would highly recommend Raffolux! 💫

Still having issues with the new site
Still having issues with the new site, keeps crashing, takes an online chat to receive any gem claims, and often get the site just going off and when I sign in again any credits have disappeared. Also, used to inform all players who won raffles which seem to have stopped. It’s like a different site! Does someone else own raffolux now?

Our updated site is new, and we welcome any and all feedback you might have at support@raffolux.com, as well as reporting anything that's not quite right. As for the gem store claims, you can redeem these instantly at the top, or there is a £5 credit for 100 gems option, which is processed manually by our team within 24 hours. Our team however, does check on this multiple times a day, so you'll never be waiting too long for the credit to arrive.
We can also confirm we're the same team, we just have some new tech. 💜

A site which is very easy to use
A site which is very easy to use. On similar sites I've given up with the purchase because of the endless pop ups, which drive me mad. The tickets are an excellent price and it's great to have free draws too. I'm the unluckiest person when it comes to winning anything but here's hoping!
