Poor returns experience
Nice selection of shoes and they appear to be good quality, although I doubt the blue gem will stay stuck on for very long. Sizing is true to size and you don’t have to size down for a higher heel like you often do with other brands. Wouldn’t advise buying from them direct though - I ordered two pairs of shoes and returned one pair over 3 weeks ago. You have to pay for returns which is a bit disappointing for a ‘premium’ brand. Their customer service confirmed they received the parcel a few days after I sent it back but said it can take 14 working days to receive a refund. 14 working days sounded too long (I assumed they’d made a mistake with ‘working’ days) but it’s been 3 weeks and I’m still waiting to get my money back. They don’t stock their shoes in many places to try them on, so you’re restricted to using their website to order and will likely have to return something. Had I known how slow their processes would be, I would’ve chosen another brand. It’s great to have lovely shoes but if you’re charging a premium price for them, you have to have the infrastructure internally to be able to accommodate for returns, particularly when you aren’t stocking the products anywhere people can try them on in person.
Great shoes, poor customer service
The shoes are beautiful, but the customer service has been extremely disappointing. My return has been with them for 13 days with no confirmation email and no sign of a refund. When I contacted to follow this up, I was given incorrect information about the return date—despite having tracking that shows the actual delivery—and the response I received was unhelpful.
I am currently almost £100 out of pocket, which is unacceptable.

Furthermore, the return shipping costs, which in my case amounted to EUR 29.99, must be paid by the buyer.
Poor for returns
This company makes you buy your own returns label , which is unusual and poor. Worse than that, they haven’t given me any update on my return despite it being over 3 weeks since I sent it back to them, and over 2 since they received it back.
Weddings in Provence and London
My brother had two wedding celebrations-one in London and the second in Provence. The dress code for
both was elegant and vibrant. I choose the Morgan shoe and Celina handbag for both events. I had one set dyed cobalt blue and the other, crimson red. The colour studio were so fantastic! They matched everything absolutely perfectly with my Monsoon tulle dresses. I felt the matching shoes and bags really made my outfits. I received so many lovely comments on how I looked too. Thank you Rainbow Club 🌈

10/10 service and experience shopping with Rainbow Club. I went for the Aria heels and they were SO comfortable. Easily a 12hr+ shoe! Really happy I went with Rainbow.

Dyed shoes to mach my wedding dress
Had a purple wedding dress, so had my rainbow club shoes dyed to match it! Shoes were super comfy and they dye service was fantastic! they matched the colour perfectly :)

Avoid or order via another supplier such as John Lewis or Next
Great company
Bought some ivory shoes and bag for my daughter’s wedding from Rainbow Club Unfortunately I got them very dirty. They were so comfortable so I wanted to wear them again so I used the rainbow club dying service to have the shoes and bag dyed and I am extremely happy with the result .
Scamming site. International shipping not express
Customer service Gracie kept denying there was an issue with express order. It’s been over a week and DHL still haven’t received or scanned. Had to make an international call, where they denied any issues again. Wedding is next week and they wont send another pair. It’s been 9 days since order was placed. Scammers to avoid.

I certainly would not recommend the dye service of this company. Dye transfer to my hands and feet within an hour of wearing at my daughter’s wedding which was extremely upsetting. The company eventually offered to refund the dye service but no goodwill gesture for the not fit for purpose service - avoid!

Shoes look stunning but too overpriced and weird sizing. I would recommend sizing up 1 or 2 sizes. Please improve on your shoe sizing and quality please.

I ordered a pair of childrens shoes for my wedding in ivory, sent off a ribbon in lilac from her bridesmaid dress and they have come back today. Over the moon, the colour is spot on. So excited to see her little face when she puts them on with her dress. Thank you so much. Highly recommend you.
I had my Rainbow shoes dyed
I purchased Rainbow shoes from a wedding shop, for my eldest daughter's wedding a couple of years ago. They were so comfortable so I wanted to wear them again for my younger daughter's wedding this year but needed to have them dyed.
The process couldn't have been easier. I used their capsule colour service. The swatches arrived within days. I downloaded the form and then sent my shoes off to them. I spoke to Chole and arranged to buy one of their clutch bags and have that dyed too.
I was delighted when I received them, they looked absolutely fabulous and matched my outfit perfectly.
It was great value for money, timescales were as promised and I had first class customer service from Chole.
Improve your returns policy.
Same as most other reviewers. I was aware of the returns policy before ordering so I knew what I was signing up for, however it is still overpriced. Every bride or wedding guest wants to be able to try their shoes on, nearly £5 to return an item is just too steep. They also do not include the names of the shoes you've ordered in the email confirmation so you have to go and search online to find the names of the shoes when completing the returns form. The shoes themselves were nice but uncomfortable hence why I'm returning. Quality seemed good, if the returns policy was better I'd order more styles to try. As a tip for others, Amazon stock rainbow shoes so I'd recommend ordering through them and using Prime. Free delivery and free returns...
Sizing runs small
Beautiful shoes, but sizing is very small both in the shoe itself and the ankle strap - absolutely tiny. I ordered my usual size 7 which was far too small.
Can return or exchange, but £4.60 to do so and print the label yourself.
Solution Finders!
Had such a fantastic experience with Rainbow Club - I purchased my shoes and thought that they would arrive the next day as I chose 1-2 day delivery. After a few days, I checked the invoice again and noticed the wrong delivery detail: standard delivery, which meant that my shoes would arrive after my wedding! I called customer services and Sarah was AMAZING. She did all that she could (and even checked in with me on her lunch break) to organise for my shoes to arrive the next day - 9am, the morning of my wedding.
Thank you so much for the excellent communication and perseverance. I loved wearing my wedding shoes even more, knowing they came from a company that went above and beyond for their customers!

Shoes were nice but unfortunately didn't fit.
Down side, you have to pay for delivery and returns and don't get your money back. I had to return my shoes as they were too big so I was £9 out of pocket (4.60 delivery, 4.60 return).
Courier was Yodel so it took about a week to arrive and almost two weeks to return back to depot.
I wouldn't use rainbow club again, purely down to the delivery and returns process.
If I was buying from a store/ shop I would buy again.
Terrible returns process
Terrible returns process. They know that there is an issue with their returns emails at the moment not being sent (?!) so all the work is put on you as a customer to call up, get an email sent them pay £4.60 to Yodel for the privilege. I wouldn't have used Rainbow Club if I knew this was their process. Avoid.
