The company responds promptly to questions. They also adjudicated the claim quickly. I never had pet insurance before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. But I am very happy with their customer service!

Fast response and streamlined easy claim process

My cat had to go back and forth the emergency department and involved multiple consults to get the right treatment. Not only did Rainwalk made it all manageable financially, but the communication was on the top with responsiveness.

I had never considered pet insurance but when we adopted a pup from a rescue our paperwork and included information on Rainwalk. The policy was so affordable. I had no idea our pup would require a visit to the animal ER that first weekend. But what a relief it was to have the insurance. Rainwalk’s staff was prompt and caring in responding to our claim. I’ve referred you to my friends, my vet, and my groomer.

I've never had pet insurance before, but when we brought home our new pup, and after reviewing dozens of different plans, we landed on Rainwalk, and we couldn't be happier. Claims are easily submitted via their app, and reimbursement is promptly received back in my checking account. Highly recommend!

Incredibly easy to set up a policy and submit claims with, managed to take our emergency vet bills down from $1200 to a much more manageable $400. Monthly payment is more than worth it for the health of our furry little man.

Going through an emergency like we did with our puppy, it was reassuring to know that our bills for her would be reimbursed. The emergency hospital plus stay was over $3200. We received over $2400.00 back. The people were so kind that emailed me and we received the money within two weeks. Great communication and easy to submit the bills that they needed. This was offered to me by the shelter I adopted her through. I felt at the time, not knowing the pups background, I should take advantage of the offer. It was a little over $50 a month...sooo worth it.

The team at Rainwalk has been so great to work with for the past year! The Mobil App makes it super easy to submit a claim; the easiest I have ever used. The reimbursement process is quick and seamless. The plans can be customized to provide any level of coverage, premium amounts, deductible options, and % of out of pocket costs. They have a multiple pet discount too!

Fastest reimbursement I ever received. So cheap for the services you get. Communication is always on point. I tried so many different pet insurance is like pets best, MetLife, the is the best one.

I am so glad I took a chance on Rainwalk insurance. My puppy had an unexpected ortho surgery and this insurance has been a gamechanger. Filing a claim is easy on the app and payment is received in a timely manner. I will never go without supplemental insurance for my dogs again. Its already paid for itself for the life of my dog.

I signed up for a plan for a new puppy and experienced no issues. Upon also adopting another puppy from the same litter, I wanted to add that pup to the policy as well. While attempting to add the 2nd pup to the policy, the site told me that Rainwalk currently did NOT provide service in my area! Of course I immediately called to verify that I indeed had a valid policy for pup #1 that I had paid for (made an annual payment vs monthly.) The representative was unable to verify if my policy was valid or if there was a problem with the website and stated someone would call me within 24 hours with help. Nobody called. Instead I received an email that the company would notify me when services were available in my area. WHAT ABOUT THE POLICY I ALREADY PURCHASED?! No answers. I have called repeatedly for days and each time told that someone would call me back for follow-up. Still nothing. With such poor customer service (as well as not knowing if I paid hundreds of dollars for an invalid policy) I decided to cancel with this company and take my business elsewhere where customer service is actual customer service. With this much trouble trying to obtain a policy how much trouble/headache would there be when attempting to file an actual claim? When I called to cancel, yet again I was told they would forward my request to the cancellation department and someone would call me. They REFUSED to send me an email confirmation of policy cancellation. BIG RED FLAGS!!!

Using the app was easy, and the explanation of the benefits paid were very clear and easy to understand.

I submitted two high dollar claims and within a week they confirmed payment. Super easy. Fast responses and decision. I had heard horror stories with pet insurance and Rainwalk is my first experience with pet claims. I will absolutely be referring everyone I know to them.
