My experience with Rainwalk has been dramatically different than a prior pet insurance company. With a new puppy, we began using Rainwalk about 3 months ago. They have been prompt, responsive and clear in their communication. Submittal of claims is easy with the app and decisions are communicated in a matter of days (not weeks as I had previously experienced). I also have taken advantage of the online vet and found that to be very helpful.

The folks at Rainwalk genuinely care about our pets and their service is second to none! I’m so thankful that we have insurance through rain walk on our two dogs! 10 stars!!!

Rainwalk lived up to its claim when I turned in a claim for a surgery on my dog Rusty. Rainwalk processed my claim within two days and my money was back in my account by the end of the week. I would recommend Rainwalk pet insurance for anybody with a fur baby.

The Rainwalk team is so supportive and caring and helped me through a difficult time diagnosing what was going on with my newly adopted rescue cat. My claims were processed in a timely manner, and they provided education on what was covered and what was not covered by my plan each time. I'm grateful for all that they have done to support Gir and my family and am happy to say that our cat is healthy and happy now. Thank you!

Lighting fast claims review and amazing customer service. How many insurance companies would reach out personally because of a problem with your payment method? My card was compromised & I forget to update it with Rainwalk. Emily reached out to me to let me know my payment didn't go through. Some companies would just let you lapse and even cancel the policy. Great service! Better than human policies and pays very fast. No problems getting the claims process and they were processed the same day. Personalized one on one service with a real person. Wish my health insurance worked as good as my puppies'.

Amazing service and so quick to approve our claim. Our puppy had to have a surgery and there were mounting vet bills, all were approved no questions asked!

Heartland Pet Shelter provided me with information about the option of pet insurance for the cat I was going to adopt. I read about Rainwalk and said YES-I want this! I have had cats for 50 years of my life- and treatment can be soooo very expensive! After a an unexpected family illness the day before adopt- we were not able to adopt. Rain walk had emailed ME with ongoing info- and I emailed back that, sadly, I needed to cancel the insurance. I told them to keep my first months payment- it was ok. RAINWALK emailed back and said- “YOUR REFUND- is already on the way-and it’s NO PROBLEM.” WOW! If they would do this- I can only imagine how helpful and easy to work with- they would be. Recommending RAINWALK- YES YES YES. So Very Worth it!!

So very pleased with Rainwalk. I just submitted my first claim for an emergency vet visit for my 10 mo old pup and they were very fast with reimbursement and an explanation of my benefits. I adopted this puppy from our local humane society and they offered Rainwalk there on her adoption. I’m so glad I took advantage of it as I had another pet ins previously on another dog I owned and was so very unhappy with them.
