With the rude staff and the excessive…

With the rude staff and the excessive boiler behaviour from the staff. To the food being so poor and my whole family becoming ill on and after this visit. Place should be closed down nothing but landfill to look at .pool cold indoor pool filthy. Worst visit ever

We would also like to clarify a point of confusion regarding our facilities: we do not have an indoor pool on our grounds. We only offer an outdoor pool for our guests. He reservado una habitacion para mi solo el 13.03.2026-18.03.2026, y puedo decir que el hotel esta muy bien limpio, con tecnologia avanzada, el personal es muy colaborador y simpatico,especialmente los señores Ahmet y Yigit,te ayudan en todo lo que necesitas, informacion, preguntas turisticas, en general, volveria el año que viene a ese hotel.
Gracias a todo el personal y lo de la limpieza tambien.

This is a super friendly safe hotel😊

Like other hotels, this stay had its pros and cons. Upon arrival, I had to request a recleaning of the shower and tub due to hair and a bit of mold. However, the staff was quick to respond, and the guest service representative was truly wonderful—he even went above and beyond by letting me use the hotel phone to resolve a bank issue.
The location is stunning, with beautiful views of the rocky ocean just down the hill. The breakfast was impressive, offering an extensive and fresh selection that catered to both adventurous eaters and those preferring comforts like pancakes and fries.
A few things to note: the TV in my room was not a smart TV, so my Fire Stick wouldn’t work. I ended up watching Netflix on my phone instead. Also, be mindful of pricing; I noticed a discrepancy between the menu price of a burger and what I signed for, but I’m waiting for my final itemized bill at checkout to confirm.
Overall, the staff were incredibly kind, the food was amazing, and the housekeeping was excellent. It’s a lovely place with great views and even better service.

Dårlig service midt i smukke omgivelser

Hotellet ligger smukt. Naturen er enestående og udsigten fra liggestolene helt fantastisk. Men her hører al positiv omtale så også op.
Jeg vil undlade at gå i dybden med det slidt interiører og mangel på samme her og der og allevegne. Det kan man sagtens se sig ud over. Det der gør hotellet til en fiasko er den helt ekstremt ringe service, der er overalt.
All inclusive! Vi har prøvet det mange gang før men her burde man nok tale om helpension med lidt udvidet drikke efter måltiderne. For det er det, det er. Is var fx ikke tilgængelig.
Alt skal bestilles gennem den enkelte bar, beliggende ved poolen, hvilket ville være ok, hvis man mødte bare en nogenlunde service. Personalet var så irriterede og smålige ved hver eneste henvendelse. Sure ansigter, himmelvendte øjne og lad servering.
Hurtigt gik det op for os at ønskede man bare nogenlunde drikkelig kaffe, ja så skulle man betale for det. Det gjorde vi. To gange. Men også her var alt galt. Første gang påpegede vi, at kaffen var lunken. Anden gang var kroppen så lille, at det nærmest var en spøg. Hver kop kastede 5 euro. Totalt til grin! Personalet fandt ingen grund til at tage imod kritik andet end en trække. På skuldrene.
Jeg vil på det kraftigste råde hotellets ledelse til at få gennemgået proceduren for personalets opførsel OG den måde, all inclusive forvaltes på! Meld dig klar ud, at hotellet IKKE gider folk med armbånd, der dagen lang vil have cola og is!

Molding food



My name is Tyrrell Brooks, and I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning incident during my recent stay at one of your Ramada locations.

This morning, while having breakfast at the hotel, I picked up a breakfast burrito, opened it, and discovered mold inside. I showed this to the breakfast area employee, but unfortunately, her response was dismissive and slightly rude. She simply told me to get another one and did not offer an apology or show any concern for the situation.

To make matters worse, I checked a second burrito, and it too had mold. Despite this, no effort was made to remove the remaining burritos to ensure other guests wouldn’t experience the same issue.

I am very disappointed by both the food safety oversight and the poor customer service I received. I expect a higher standard when staying at a Ramada property.

I hope you will look into this matter and address it with the location’s management to ensure food safety and proper customer service training are reinforced.

Given the seriousness of this incident, I would appreciate an appropriate response and consideration for compensation for the inconvenience and disappointment I experienced.

Tired and true

Firstly I reviewed in Trip advisor and my Boss was contacted since this was a work trip! An invasion of my right to review! So be careful.
The dinner was poor with unclooked vegetables. The room request to be sited on the quiter part of the hotel was ignored and I could not change so I had a night in a hot unventilated room next to a main and busy road.
There is a also lift or other mechanical device making alot of noise through the night.
The hotel has seem better days and the rooms I have stayed in over the years are in a fairly dilapidated state.
I will opt to stay elsewhere in future where my feedback is handled professionally and provacy respected.

Be aware of the cleaners

Lovely Hotel Clean and tidy we had a cleaner in for 5 days with no problem. On her day off someone else cleans our room money went missing off the desk and needles that was for insulin went missing. We were not the only ones that had things missing. So be careful with some of the cleaners as they are not honest Lydford

DIrty and broken furniture - Not worth the money

The Ramada Inn by Wyndham used to be a great franchise. The quality is not the same and not worth the price. No breakfast, no coffee! Our suite had Filthy chairs, dirty bathroom, broken leg on sofa. Wish this app had a function that would allow customers the option to upload pictures. Staff was rude and nonchalant when I informed them of the conditions of the room. No apologies. Never again!

Leuke animatie met Ufuk was het top!

Leuke animatie met Ufuk was het top!! De kinderen hebben overal aan meegedaan. De waterspelletjes bij het zwembad waren heel erg leuk, darten, aquagym en bocca . Ze konden een medaille winnen. Heel erg leuk! Eten veel keus, erg lekker. De a la carte waren zeker aan te bevelen, helemaal top! Schoon hotel, kamers prima, hele nette service.dochter had haar voetje opengehaald. Gastrelatie kwam kijken hoe het ging, kregen een fruitschaal, wilde overal mee helpen. Verbonden bij het zwembad. Zou dit hotel zeker aanbevelen !! 17dagen gebleven. Top

Well defined service on accomodation…

Well defined service on accomodation and by far the best breakfast buffet in the area.
Friendly staff, easy to communicate with.
Clean, timely services.
It will be nice to be with them again
